We have not had any issues at this time.

The builders seem to have pressure to mass produce homes which then results in a product that is rushed at the last minute to close. The pre closing walkthrough date will get moved without notification to you so your PTO you requested will feel wasted. Your “10-day” walkthrough after closing will actually be a month and a half later and there will be at least another month that passes before those issues get corrected as well. The house seems to be good expect lots of headaches caused by a lack of communication throughout the process.

My experience with KB Home at Quail Cove in Summerlin was truly exceptional. I honestly didn’t think I would qualify, but my sales agent John encouraged me to apply and reassured me there would be no harm to my credit. Thanks to his support and the dedication of the KB Home Loan team, I was able to get into my dream home. I chose the 2226 floor plan with phenomenal upgrades and now enjoy a beautiful view of the Las Vegas Strip and surrounding mountains. Even better, my home was completed in mid-December instead of the originally estimated mid-January timeframe, which gave me extra time to move in before leaving my rental. Definitely a 10 out of 10 experience. The crew with KB Maple Hill are amazing people. Having a sales and building team that walk side by side with you through the entire process and worrying about the details as much as the consumer is a major deal.

CEDRIC did outstanding job with my house

The staff representing KBHomes has made most of the experience easy. From picking out your exterior colors and elevations to choosing countertops and cabinets. Jason at the sales office has a great balance of listening and offering suggestions to help you complete the purchase. Jill at the design studio is well versed in what options are available, as well has has a talent for interior decorating. The finish work on the house has been a struggle. Alot of imperfections thru out the finish work on the house. Mostly the paint. Painting over dirt on the baseboards one example. Overpaint on hardware and flooring. The upgraded cabinets needs work, still after 60 days. The willingness of the staff to continue to work with me and fix things around the house has brought some ease. Finally, the house was not thoroughly cleaned before receiving. In my mind, I cannot understand the reasoning of building a house and not doing a finish cleanse after all work is performed. These house are built fast, so with all the workers it is probably a bit like herding cats. Still presentation is like first impressions. There is only one time to impress. This was such a great experience for our family and everyone that had helped throughout the process. Starting with Jorge /mireya/Juan and Tony those 4 really helped every step of the way and we are so grateful we had them

The push to close came near fiscal ens of year in Novemwber and KB threatened to take my deposit if I did not close on a house that was clearly not finished. This push brought to light that KB's messaging about delivering a "completed, clean home" is all lip service. It was a horrible purchasing experience. I have not moved into the house because of all of the stressed associated with the purchase. It still feel pressured, rushed and distasteful. Such a kill joy!

ensure that all problems are fully resolved before you receive the house. Never sign the papers after walk-through if you have any issues in the house,they will say they gonna fix it just sign the papers but it will take them forever to fix it! Once the turnover is done, it is very hard to fix these issues, particularly when dealing with customer care service

Pretty satisfied with the process. The construction managers are really good and attentive. Financials and tittle was very efficient.

Carlos and Rod have been really helpful, we moved in late December and had minor Details with our electric, they both made sure everything was well taken care of. Very responsive when I called them.

Beautiful flooring and great appliances, the mgr came and met us after we moved in and so polite and big help and have any concerns or issues to call them.

Brent is the Superintendent for KB Homes. He went above and beyond for us. We would buy another house from KB because of Brent.

Paid for a premium lot on the preserve and we were told that fences were to be built a certain way. We were even shown examples of the few homes that did have them. A month later there were 3x more fences and not to the standard of what we were told by the agent. There are now 6ft and 4ft tall solid fences that ruin the aesthetic's of the preserve as well as block our view. Have complained to HOA and property managers but no one responds. Also very hard to get things fixed in a timely manner so you better be down here full time to get stuff fixed or you will be spending a lot of time away from your family. We have big things like the fence, two different color counter top colors, cracks in concrete, cracks in tile grout, window seal broken in kitchen and piece missing, air not coming out in front room and so much more. The home buying process was a highlight but the information and professionalism from KB Home sales rep was frustrating with misinformation after misinformation. To customers: do your homework and make sure all information provided by KB Home sales rep is accurate or written on official documentations.

Sergio and Joshua were very kind and knowledgeable through the whole process. As a first time homeowner/builder they made it easy to understand how the process worked. They made sure my questions were answered and followed up with any concerns that were raised. Overall I had a excellent experience with KB homes, and would recommend them to my friends and family.

Everyone within the team at KB Homes we dealt with were all so responsive to all our questions throughout the whole process. So knowledgeable and helpful. I will be buying another KB home in the future! Great experience.

The entire KB crew of Jackie, Michael, Deni and others made this a great buying experience and we overcame any hurdles and found solutions (i.e. allowing us to purchase under our LLC etc.). They all did their job professionally and all had excellent communication and timeliness. We bought with KB as you allow the homebuyer so many options when designing the home and interior. We will recommend KB Homes to others. The only poor experience we found during the process was with First American Title and would recommend that KB homes finds another provider for these services. Communication could of been better and the payment to our relator was delayed substantially. ... More

My wife and I I are empty nesters so we decided to downsize in preparation for retirement. We found the KB townhomes and fell in love. Everyone with the buying process was very helpful and a pleasure to work with. We have no regrets and are very happy.

Actually, this is the third home I have purchased in the last 20 years. My first home was bought by my ex-wife, who added me to it. We then built a second home together. The quality of the homes was satisfactory, and the builders was accurate. They suggested a meeting shortly thereafter. However, I am quite dissatisfied with the responses I have received regarding at least eight or nine issues I raised directly with the builder. I will refrain from naming anyone, but I am sincerely disappointed.

Buying a new home can feel overwhelming, but our experience turned out to be incredibly smooth and exciting from start to finish. From the moment we began the process, we felt supported, informed, and genuinely cared for. The team was knowledgeable, responsive, and patient, always taking the time to answer our questions and walk us through each step. As first-time (or repeat!) buyers, that level of guidance made a huge difference and helped us feel confident in every decision we made. Our new home itself exceeded our expectations. The layout is thoughtful, the finishes are beautiful, and it truly feels like a place we can grow into and make lasting memories.
