Buying a house with KB Homes was a great experience for me and my family. Since the first day we went to the sells office to get some information about the available properties, the sells staff be so professional and shows plenty of knowledge. They keep us in contact during the construction process of the house that we choose. Every week they sent us pictures and updates of the house. By the time of the house inspections the KB inspector a nice guy took us step by step, explaining the process of the different construction phases. The inspector took care of every detail that we found on the walk-in inspection and fixed everything the same day. For us that was an excellent customer service. Bad experience with the new home buying

wonderful house and nice staffs!

The design studio sessions were of great importance and help.

Our building supervisor went above and beyond to make things right but the response from the contractors has been slow.

Very professional, high quality, materials, craftsmen, and finished product.

Honestly, the customer service was by FAR better than all the other builders in our new development. I liked some of the other builders homes, but when I met the staff at KB, I felt trust, communication, personality, good service all around. Great job! Sold!!

Love how great my house look and how they payed attention to every detail to the house and how I want. I really like on how they always send me updated of the house it felt like I was there. I just can’t believe I finally bought my first house and the KB home help me build my dream house to which I wake up everyday just being so thankful .

Amazing staff! Jeanne was incredible, Doug made the move-in easy and promised to fix the issues we found. Martin came through and gave us amazing insight!! We would do it all over again, but thankfully, we don’t have to!

I appreciate Mr Mario, he is a phone call away and has addressed all my issues when they arise.

They have a good attitude and good service.

For the most part the homebuying process was easy and timely however there were supply shortages that we’re not the builders fault but there are still issues with things working in the home that I haven’t gotten fixed yet. mainly because I’m waiting for the contractor to replace a fan. The warranty team is very efficient and responsive it’s just getting the contractors to step it up.

She went above and beyond our expectations to make sure we were taken care of!
