Overall good experience.very happy with our new home.

KB Home team made our home buying experience seamless. Everyone were responsive to our questions and concerns. We are from out of state and they kept us and our realtor in the loop at all times during the building process.

No doubt buying a home with KB is a great experience. But not our dwelling on the first month, this was the time we noticed some flaws on the materials and workmanship. First, our countertop has a lot of chips on it but it has been addressed already they did some repairs. Second, I thought the paint in the interior was so thin it can easily be removed seemed like only one coating was apied.Third and the worst, within a month of dwelling, our a/c already broke twice! Installer got notified but their emergency service was not until 3 days after we called. Summertime! Who would like to spend their days inside their new house with 93 degrees inside? As I write this review, our a/c has not been fixed yet. I know this is a rare situation but I’m just sharing my experience. I still recommend KB because overall the experience was great. ... More

Working with Kb Homes was a wonderful experience. The responsiveness and level of professionalism was top-notch!

The home came out nice because I had a lot of upgrades done but I do think other builders like Lennar gives you more value as upgrades are included.

Everyone was extremely helpful and communicative throughout the whole process. I was never left wondering what was happening or misinformed.

I have bought homes through Quadrant, Oakridge, and KB Homes. KB Homes was by far a smooth, simple, straight forward process from start to finish. They truly focus on the customer and making sure everything is done to top quality. It was exceptional and I was always impressed. I would HIGHLY recommend purchasing from KB Homes!

Process was quick and overall please with the home construction. Just be weary if a new home build starts next to yours... Workers are not tidy and having alot of people around all the time that you have to pickup after... Plus regular porta potty s that get used frequently next to your home. Probably would have chosen a more developed area for next time.

We were able to make a lot of selections. Take your time making selections, and go all in on lighting options.

The whole process was much easier than I thought it would. Elaine, my sales person, was so awesome. Jeff, my loan processor, was always available to answer my questions and walk me through the process. Logan is incredible to work with for our aftercare. She makes getting things fixed a breeze.

Life happens and I had to sell my previous KB home (Kauffman & Broad back then) of almost 26 years. So now, the hunt for a new home began. I visited 3 other builders and found myself coming back to KB. Thenchoices and options outnumbered the competition and not to mention the quality of build. It's unfortunate the housing market was so hot that I overpaid for the size of house I purchased, however it was what it was. Ultimately I'm happy and hope that the rest of my neighborhood remains nice.
