To Susan, she was my initial contact with KB Homes, which not only helped me select the model I now call my forever home, she also stood by my family throughout the entire process, and even after we moved in to our home, she still keeps in contact to make sure we are doing ok. To Doug, who guided me through the monumental task of providing the proper documentation to satisfy the requirements needed to qualify for a KB Home, to Jacki, the numbers guru who made sure everything was in order with the loan, and finally to Don, who made sure that everything in my house was up to par, and made necessary corrections on requesting. He consistent checked to make sure we had everything we needed. The home buying experience was made very easy!! The Sales team was very informative about the technology of the house and house building processes. They made me feel like this community and home was a great fit. The loan process was very smooth! Loan officer did a phenomenal job explaining everything and answered all my questions. They made the process very easy. I always thought it would be a difficult process to buy a home, but they showed me that it was not. Everyone has been very responsive regarding any questions or concerns I may have. Getting this home has been a great choice and I’m glad I went with KB and chose this community in particular . ... The sales and construction teams were constantly in touch with us through weekly construction updates.Even after closing, the construction team was constantly in touch with us and fixed any issues we faced.Overall it was a good experience and good team.

I like my home.

Overall we were happy with our home and a lot of the issues that came up were handled. However there were moments of lack of communication and delayed execution with our inspector. Issues that came up before our 30 days with Tyler have still not been handled. We remain optimistic that they will get fixed. Overall we rate the experience a 9/10.

Words is not enough to be grateful of this entire process in purchasing a new home with KB. It was a great experience because of these three wonderful trustworthy friendly compassionate men. they all became a friend to me along the process. Bill the realtor was incredible.He never cease to update me sending pics of the construction. He quickly respond to my phone calls and texts. personal attention support and assistance is well appreciated. This was my first newly built home and really do not know what to expect but he clears everything and always there for my best interest.I contribute my non stress journey to him as well.He is not just a realtor but became a trustworthy friend.I will surely miss him esp when questions will still come up just because he was always there. My loan officer Bill is doing all my best interest as well. He is very knowledgeable about the market trustworthy that you built confidence in an instant.He provides me with clarity and reassurance along the process. At first I was working on two loan officer the other was a church mate and gave me a wrong advice to apply near closing g escrow sure enough it was 2 percent more so glad I listened to Bill to locked the interest rate. He is Knowledgeable.He gives me the best counsel in the process. My loan officer is a good fit responded and communicates well throughout the process. He was on a vacation endorsed me to another officer but still on the loop grateful for his consistent care and concern for me. The whole process is smooth from the onset to finish, I feel like I have a friend who favored me. Craig as well is incredible.He become like a family to me always there catering for my needs and never ending questions.I am not a high tech person but he demonstrated all the smart features switches showing me where they are the insulation humidifier switches.So hardworking visible building superintendent. Goes beyond his tasks for us. He delegate tasks in a timely manner whenever something need to be done on the finishing touches carpentry electricity etc He is very visible supportive caring and engaging. About the quality overall is good.Just need tweaking on the finishing touches My home needed some minor carpentry repairs painting electrical fixing but that’s why there’s warranty. Has to share there was a dead mice on the front door and inside on one of the bedrooms. Hoping there won’t be more.. ... More

I don’t have much to say but I’m happy for the house

It was a great experience working with KB on our home. I thought the mock up was all marketing fluff but it came out exactly as depicted. With anything in construction, there’s contracting and working with other companies. Any minor issues we experienced was mostly due to this. KB Homes has a supervisor specifically for your home to make sure everything goes according to plan. When issues crop up, they’re right there on the spot looking for a solution. We were given weekly updates and it was the coolest thing to see our home be built. 100% recommended!

Kb was a great experience for us first time homeowners

Best price/value ratio and KBH has responded for the construction QA issues.

Everyone from the sales offices to Kyle have been great. They have helped with any questions and needs throughout the process. Even when after closing Kyle has been a text away.

Overall experience was painless because we paid cash and didn’t go through the process of mortgage application. Although there are issues with new home construction, major or minor, we expect it will be resolved in due time. Some issues were resolved quickly which we appreciate. KB personnel we dealt with, were quick to update, and responded with ease . I commend KB with their professionalism and knowledgeable experience. Thank you, KB Homes!

Everyone mentioned above has done a great job and continued to follow up after closing as well. Tony has been great with following up with me with any issues, and was punctual with his appointments for anything that needed to be looked at. He did a good job keeping his word and maintaining his integrity to us when anything came up with the house. I do hope he continues to follow up with me even now that we have closed. Camille was great as well. She did her best to keep us informed with updates on the house. While she did her job very well, I hope she continues to follow up with her buyers even after they move in. Other than that, she was very informative and honest with us, and that’s all we could’ve asked for at the end of the day. My overall home buying experience was great. I had direct contact with builders representatives and sales representatives. They always responded to my questions with a positive attitude. The builders team was very knowledgeable and resourceful.

Our Sales Rep & Superintendent were PHENOMENAL. They were both very responsive, worked with us as best they could within whatever limitations were present and kept us in the loop at all stages.

I purchased my new KB Home in March 2023. The process was very easy, simple, efficient and worry-free. Since I didn't have the opportunity to personalize my home it was everything that I wanted and more. Any minor snafus that occurred was rectified quickly and efficiently. How can you beat a 10-year warranty on a KB Home? It's unheard of these days.
