Nice and good experiance like it

Building a house was easy with KB. Very trustworthy and we love our new home! Would highly recommend KB!

Design and Location are good for me.

Awesome staff, always there from beginning, even after getting in to your home.

We picked up the home after another buyer fell out and the original design/materials were very cheap. Even though the materials were on the cheaper side, the construction was done in a hurried manner so we have stone counters with stains, crooked cabinet handles, chipping doors and other issues.

The home loan closing with KB showed complete incompetence. No one knew if we were in a flood zone and I paid twice for flood insurance and I have not received a refund still. They did not answer any calls or emails at the end and delay after delay after delay. No transparancy at all. The closing process was terrible. Thank goodness this our last home. Even if it wasnt I am not sure I would choose KB again because of the terrible customer service with the loan department .

The people were great, but the construction was not. I can tell their homes are quick construction builds with many mistakes throughout, and the community is not done (shutters are missing paint, dents in the gutters, paint missing on buildings, etc.). I have submitted numerous requested for repairs and haven't gotten many follow-ups.

The walk throughs were a bit rushed, and didnt give us the time to fully walk through the home to point out touch ups and or defects. Also noticed alot of the neighborhood has built in sprinkler systems and this was never an option for my fiancé and i .

The entire process of the homebuying experience has been poor and lackluster there was no wow factor I was not excited about purchasing the home and after purchasing the home. The new homebuying experience has been stressful and unpleasant the entire processWith the builder and other issues that took place during the build and the after home purchase I’ve been awful. The buying experience did not feel like a new home purchase felt like a used house purchase they were so many problems with the home that had to be addressed and still need to be addressed. Many issues like damaged tile missing grout holes in the wall damage bathtub damage master shower Damage cabinets Dead grass damage garage door cracks and walls missing paint damage stucco. And other minor issues have made the whole buying experience unpleasant. I would not recommend anyone to purchase a home after the experience that we have had. It is unfortunate the customers have to go through this experience when purchasing a new home. ... More

Great experience working with KB Homes. Made my very first home purchase easy and stress free.

Buying in a pandemic with multiple supply chain issues was a challenge. I was kept up to date about any & all delays. Any issues & concerns were quickly addressed. I’m enjoying my new home & I appreciate all the effort that many placed into the process.

Im grateful with the overall outcome…

Overall everything is ok, but my main concern is the backyard right side of wall it’s too low compared to all other walls on my neighbors.

Kb homes warranty is great. The only issue are the 3rd party companies they use to fix problems can take awhile to get done. Marco electric didnt show up twice when scheduled.

We had been in the market looking for homes and ran across many that were more expensive, older and smaller. KB Homes had the perfect home for us (we are a large family). With all of the customization options, we now have our own unique (forever) home. We couldn't be happier.

Smooth process. I didn't need an Agent.
