Would buy from KB again!

I’m very happy with my new townhome. It’s in a great location and the entire staff was wonderful to work with.

We enjoyed our interaction and communications with Martin Warner a lot.

It was a amazing journey with KB in purchasing a home, especially sales & KB loan team helped a lot in driving from start to end of the process, I really appreciate the support they have provided towards buyer in achieving their home buying goal.

Some materials are not good and finishings we’re not done well in some places.

I closed on my house Nov 10, 2022. Turned in a issues list approx Nov 20, 2022 and it is Dec 27, 2022 and no call from service care department yet. I did have trouble with front doorknob and one bedroom doorknob and the construction lead came and repaired it (but it needed to be fixed again (on the list) but it's been so long a family member fit it.

Nothing to complain about. They delivered what they promised. Happy with the community I purchased in. I will buy from KB again. No doubt about it.

The best part was that Valerie kept us informed with weekly updates

Kb homes are affordable compared to other builders in LV. They have beautiful floor plans and so far I’m enjoying my new home. My dream of finally buying home has come true.

Overall good experience. Happy with our home. Noticed a few areas as far as craftsmanship during some of our personal changes that could have been done better or appeared to have been covered since it “would not be seen” type of coverup but otherwise not dissatisfied. Sales and loan experience were excellent and needs after the fact have been quick and responsive

We would like to share with new home buyers if they are interested in purchasing KB Home that they should be very engage and ask lots of questions in regards to the deal of what they are getting in their house, purchase price, upgrades, certain amenities they really do not need in their house and etc.

KB homes did make it possible for my family to get a home. Good team members, excellent customer service. We recommend my friends to KB homes.

Bought an already completed home, great expereince with all staff including sales, construction and finance. Home has some quality issues but warranty team is quick to respond and repair.

Kept us up to date on progress and issues that affected schedule.

Communication with our sales rep was excellent throughout the 11-month building period. We love Rita, she is not only a salesperson but a friend to our family now.
