I loved working with KB... my only thing is that I was told there would be communication after I bought the house and closed. There has been none... not a big deal as I haven’t really needed anything but it was stressed that they would communicate after the process a lot so kind of strange!

The best part of KB Home is lots of customisation choices, of course it cost you a bit but the place you will live for a while is worth spending that money for the value added to your lifestyle; it varies person to person, however, I am enjoying it everyday. My overall experience is excellent!

the experience was great but the only thing I'm not happy with is that I can't fit 2 cars in the garage. I assumed that they were built big enough for 2.

Thanks to the staff at Bear Peak (Angelina, Rory, and Shawn), our buying experience was seemless. KB is fortuitous (that means lucky), to have them on their staff.

The entire process was really easy and people were there the answer questions the whole way through. We love our house and it was even finished a little early. There are a lot of things that need to be decided on early on, but there were people there to walk you through the process. I would have liked a few more customizations, but otherwise, near perfect experience.

Finding a new, quality built ranch style paired home in today’s housing market is rare and needed. My new home in Castle Rock Colorado is perfect in size, energy efficient, and good for both seniors and younger people, with and without families. A great mix for all .

To KB Home team, Thank you! Steve, Kc, Chelsey and Clint provides me all the update via email or text as their respond time is so fast. They even acknowledge that my prefer way of communication is email or text as I'm always on call for my work. They always give me updates every Friday or every other week especially during this pandemic. During this kind of event, update is what we need as we don't know what is happening. They texted me during the pandemic that they're on shutdown because of government requirement and they also text and email me when they're going to start again building. It removes my anxiety knowing that I have an awesome construction team to give me status on what is happening. Quality of materials not that great whomever KB used form lumber wasn't as i was expecting but overall final product turned out great

Easy transition from old house to the newly built.

My home is beautiful, and exactly as I wanted. There were a couple of hiccups in the building process, but they always responded quickly and fixed whatever the issue was. Now that I've lived here for almost 2 months I've noticed some small things that needed attention, and they have still responded quickly, and they have not given me any grief about fixing anything. I love the neighborhood as well because it is small and no CDD fees. Overall, I am very satisfied with my choice to go with KB Homes and I absolutely love my home.

My sales person was the very best and professional. She was very very responsive to every query.

Quality could be a little better but treated well by sales and others involved in the buying transactions and warranty transactions.

KB Home’s customer service have always promptly responded to any issues or questions.
