We felt supported from the moment we walked into the model home in our new KB Home community. Martin on the Sales team was wonderful at fielding all our questions or finding the answers if he didn’t have them himself. As first-time homebuyers, we were nervous and unsure with some processes, but the entire KB team (sales, construction, design) guided us every step of the way. We’re so happy with our new home!

The build took a bit longer than we expected but we are now in our new home and are loving it. There have been a few growing pains but that was to be expected and my contacts have mostly dealt with them quickly. Overall we are happy we built new. The KB team has been fantastic.

The Formen in my subdivision has been very helpful and responsible on updating us from star to finishing the home and any issues related with the house . Also my Builders sales agent was very helpful keeping us informed on all aspects from star to finish the house

Overall a great experience. This was our first “new” home purchase and KB made it easy.

Mostly a positive experience. The doorknob in a bathroom has not been replaced in 2 months. Unfortunately, too, all during the summer, the swimming pool was unusable due to problems. It should have been fixed.

Overall it was a memorable and happy experience.

I really did enjoy our entire home buying experience. Everything from the sales, financing, contractor, and believe it or not, even the closing process. The area we chose is very peaceful and quiet, we love the scene driving to and from work. The home elevations are very beautiful and the floor plans are awesome and very functional. The reason I gave 4 stars for quality it is not because of the materials used, it is simply because it just seems that towards the end, things were done in a rush and there's a lot of areas that could've used more attention and detail. Just makes it look like you're not the first person to live in the home. Not something you want as a first time homebuyer. Hoping that it is nothing a few touch ups can't fix. It’s been great experience starting with the loan process staff members and customer service home materials are what are expected as what you choose overall I’m very satisfied with KB Homes purchase

Process was easy, but having a hard time to get someone to come out and fix or correct issues when I get out from work. No one is willing to help other than Monday- Friday 8 am-4pm. Which is usually the same time I have to work.

Sales Brad, great to work with. Walkthrough, Ryan was excellent and really wanted to deliver the new home in perfect. Condition. Warranty, Heather was very responsive and helpful. Just about the only negatives were more related to the home plan and landscaping. 3 car garage is tiny, really a 2 1/2 car. Also. It's ridiculous not to have a side yard access door from the garage. I would have rather received a credit for landscaping rather than have the bare bones job as installed by the builder. We tore about half of the provided landscaping out. Without these issues, it would be 5 stars across the board. The house seems well built. ... More
