I had great experience with KB Homes, specially with Tom Bourdet. From the initial Open house visit to sign-up the initial purchase and final move-in. Experience was nothing less than spectacular. I was guided at every step, every detailed was discussed and with timelines. I received every week or so update on the progress with photographs, and closing of the loan was flawless.

It was well good experience.

I must say Im glad my family and I purchased a KB Home. There were notable differences between KB Home and other builders. They were honest and forthcoming. The customer service throughout was exceptional! There were several times I reached out to Liz on her off day and she was more than willing to help. Our only gripe was the inconsistencies with the closing date. Most importantly, we love our home, so thank you everyone at KB Home!

Although there was a few hiccups during the build it’s been a great experience and I am happy with my home purchase

Our sale rep was amazing. Our Warranty rep have been great. There have been a few minor issues with terminations on the house but our issues have been handle in a timely manner. We love our house

The team at KB Home was great! From the first encounter with the sales counselor all the way to close, the KB team kept us informed of all updates in the building process. There were a few things that came up after move in but, have been and are being quickly addressed.

I had a great buying experience with KB Homes and the two people who deserved recognition are Shannon (construction) and Grey (Sales). They were always attentive and accommodating.

Smooth process, helpful staff, pleasant experience

Since we closed on our home, at first response to our issues was very good. Now it has become slower and slower, lately my email has not been responded to.

It was great, it seemed like we went from having a dream to having exactly what we wanted in a brief period. Everyone made it simple, thank you.

Problems not fixed before closing Included failure to install the garage door opener inside the garage. One was installed approximately 30 days after closing. A crack in the cement pad on the driveway noted prior to closing and photographed. Still not fixed. Damage to siding in three places is still not fixed.

Though buying a brand new house and waiting for it to be finally ready can be stressful due to not having a firm completion date, my overall experience has been positive. All involved were professional, knowledgable, and responsive in a timely fashion. I was kept up on the progress and asked frequently if I had questions or concerns. I am enjoying my home and look forward to spending many years here.

The administrative side of things (studio visit and sales agents) we're great. Couldn't ask for an easier experience! Sales agents and our loan officer were absolutely FANTASTIC. KB is a reputable company but I was disappointed in the quality of the home. The longer we're here, the more we see paint that doesn't match, drywall repairs that were never fully repaired, and walls or base that isn't/aren't straight. Paint isn't a huge issue...I have almost ten years of experience in the paint world that I can fix these issues myself, they're just cumbersome. The nails and trash in our backyard, I'll never understand. We had to pick them all up ourselves and luckily we didn't step on one. They were EVERYWHERE as if workers threw them carelessly. I will say, when our hood was collapsing over our stove, someone fixed it right away. The super and all those working for KB have been great. I can't stress that enough. I understand these homes are built fast and efficiently, but I guess we were just expecting better quality. The shower rod that was placed in the guest bath wasn't actually on properly and was missing hardware. We purchased a new one ourselves. Overall, we're happy to just own a home in California. Great experience with all the people of KB home. very responsive and easy to contact. if only the quality of the finishes and details of the home were up to par with the people. There was a handful of damaged materials used in my unit which was fixed and replaced to the best of the staff's ability. But things like the patio door frame which has a hole at the botom right that was patched up with caulk, or the master bathroom shower drain which was also roughly finished with caulking instead of a neat metal ring fails to meet the quality expected for the price I paid for the unit. Caesar and Mario were fantastic. This is our 3rd new build and KB has been amazing to work with from start to finish.

Everything was quick and easy. Made home buying hassle-free

Buying KB is a great experience staff are very helpful from sales, loans and construction foreman are very communicative.

Very Good experience and Good human quality

Jean Campbell is the best. Always making the time to talk to residents if we have questions or concerns.
