I was not able to use kb home lenders for the fact there was something on my credit report and they declined my application before I could correct the error with the credit agency. But Ken, the sales representative was awesome. He became inspirational and was there with me to the very end. I know I gave up after the rejection but Ken advised me to follow up with the credit agency which I did and the error was instantly corrected. I termed him my guiding Angel. Then comes the other out standing professionals from the Studio lady who was spot on ( I did my studio selections online-COVID 19) to the builders and I was getting timely updates and I visited countless times to keep up with the developments. I did not use an agent but I made sure I knew what was going on and what’s next to follow. Quite an experience. The greatest thing in the end, I got my dream home. It was worth the wait and the price awesome ( I was constantly checking out other builders price). The day I got my keys, went inside what’s now my home for the first time , tears rolled down like bursted water pipe, tears of joy. The overall process has been amazing. I love the communication and the sound excellent customer service especially from Travis and Jesse. We are so happy to call this place our first home and recommend to our friends and other first time home buyers!

Although, it took over 1 year to complete our home we had a great experience with KB team.. Kellie Ali and Doug Cherry and later Veronica Tizcareno were always on top of things and keeping us informed. We love our new home and hope to enjoy it for years to come. Thank you!

Good houses. Good designs out and inside some issues but nothing crazy, price little bit high but is what it is. Good people they explained step by step all.

Debbie is the most amazing staff member at KB. Fortunately for me she replaced the first KB rep that left the company. The one negative was the constant change of staff (except for Debbie, who was on point throughout the whole process), that made POCs difficult to follow up with my concerns. Overall I give the whole process a 90/100.

I overall had a good experience with KB homes. Michelle and Holly with KB loans are both amazing. They’re diligent and quick to respond. They deserve more than 10 stars. Our home is so beautiful. Truly appreciate Louis, Tyler and their entire team for their hard work. We had a setback with our house finishing on time but Louis and Tyler worked hard to get us in our house sooner. I also appreciated Louis keeping us updated on pending orders while making sure we were content with everything. KB homes also has a 10 year warranty which I didn’t have with my old builder. Being able to pick design details really makes the home buying experience that more exciting at KB

We loved our experience! This is a small amount of room to grow.

We love our new KB home. The upgrades are done well and the craftmanship is great. The sales team and construction managers are great and easy to work with and are with you every step of the way and help even when your home is done and you're all moved in.

Great experience overall. Personnel went thriugh all details of what us included and not included in the home.

I have found the entire KB home buying experience to be a pleasant transition from construction to occupy

Great price for a large home and lot size. Definitely satisified with the part Quality of materials used needs to be better.

The experience was wonderful throughout. We have a few issues that need to be resolved, but overall a good experience.

The only thing that we feel is not ok is the way the patio was left. We were told it's up to code but it is dangerous. The step down onto the lawn is way too high. It would be great if a step was added to the patio. Other than that we love our house.

After a year of searching, KB Home had a beautiful house for us in Casa Grande. The entire process was smooth. Thank you!

We love the home. Minor setbacks during the process. But final product was worth it.
