We are pleased with the overall experience as a whole. Some minor things right after move in, but were managed. The Warranty process needs improvement.

Overall good experience, there are a few details missed probably do too production goals

Overall experience was great. Only issue we had was the updates on when construction would be done, dates kept getting pushed last second, and communication wasn’t as transparent. However, the responsiveness of problems in the house is very good, and issues are fixed within days.

House went up quickly. Had the winter storm not happened in Texas it would have been completed right on time. Team was helpful. I love my home.

Be prepared for patience. the process was long but worth it.

Having issues after owning the home. The construction workers are very disrespectful and do not care that I live next door to the house they are building. They fixed the first issue when the construction workers did not secure wood planks on the roof next to us and the winds blew it off and made a big hole in the side of my house. They also leave trash all over unsecured and the high winds blow it onto my property. I have cleaned it multiple times. They block my driveway with trucks and I've had to tell them to move a couple times. Just the other day they were spraying down the roof next to me and a piece of the roof flew off and almost hit a guest in the head I had over at the house while we were outside.. I have sent an email about these issues and have not received a response and it's been 96 hours since I emailed. Though the several-month construction process was frustrating in itself, the overall product came out a lot better than we had expected. After our home was finished, the construction team was very responsive to our requests to fix any issues we came across and ensured it was done correctly. The responsiveness to these issues after the construction process was quite refreshing given our experience during the construction process.

You kept your timetable and schedule.

easy to work with, stay on top of progress and make sure to do a detailed walk through.

The key to being happy with a new home is being in the area when it's being built and being able to correct deficiencies quickly. That requires good coordination between the buyer and the site superintendent. That's exactly what we had. Our superintendent was responsive and immediately saw to it that issues were corrected. You just can't beat that.

KB personal are professional and issues are fixed in a timely manor. Only complaint is the number of cosmetic issues the home owner is left to fix and lack of attention to detail. Overall would recommend. Wish the options seen in the model home were offered during build. Large amount of poles, boxes, and in ground panels will need creative landscaping to cover in the front yard, could've at least been placed in a straight line not scattered. Beautiful exterior and Floorplan. Left with a few projects to fix rushed work on the inside but nothing that has caused major issues.

It was a very long process. From being pre-approved in early August until receiving our home in late March. Understandably with the pandemic going on the KB team in Santa Paula had a very tough job breaking bad news after bad news. From time lines being pushed back, to our entire 1st floor windows and slider being smashed in. But, we kept our hopes up and trusted Christian (at the Santa Paula location). He told us everything was going to be taken care of and done the right way. Now we are very happy in beautiful house, so I thank you and your team.

Overall great experience buying home with KB homes. It was good to learn and have options for new homes and they have nice selection in fair price. Design studio visit helped us customized our home the way we wanted. It would be lot better it value was fairly priced as per the market for the buyer that are trying to pick some selection. Other than that, it was nicely build with great customer service.

I got good responses about issues and KB came to fix them. KB is a trustworthiness builder and I like the model I bought very much. I bought a new house about 20 years ago and I feel the quality of workmanship is not as good as my previous house.

Not all options were disclosed at studio appointment. But other than that everything was great!

The total experience was pretty easy for a new build. This is the best investment we've ever done. To build from the ground up was an amazing experience. The most fun part of the build was creating our home, from the floor, fixtures, layout, wiring. It took longer than expected but thats because of the Pandemic. Over all, we would do this build to order again. Thank you KB for creating our dreams on paper come to life.

Buying my first home was easier than I thought!

Check things carefully in your walk throughs. I was so excited to see it, I didn’t notice things that are bothering me now.

Home has been wonderful. We love the neighborhood and the neighbors.

Very friendly and willing to answer any questions you may have. It was great to have the piece of mind of an experience company building our first home.

Set up of house to my liking of the way i want to live. Quiet neighborhood. Easy access to many department stores and the like. I have no regrets on my decision to buy the property.

I enjoyed my experience with KB Knoxridge. LeMonte was awesome always communicated with me and he continued to answer all my questions. If he didn't know he made sure he found the answer for me.

The number of defects/issues we had was fairly high, but the response to fixing them made up for it in our eyes.
