KB Homes the developer always was and continues to be professional and quick to respond to issues. Although we had some delays/issues with KBHS I don’t have anything negative to say about KB Homes and the building crew. I do believe the quality of paint used for internal paint was below average and the quality of wood with fence boards was just OK. Not to say I didn’t get what I paid for I just expected something a little bit better. Overall I am very pleased with my new home and look forward to growing and raising my family here.

Do you homework before going to the design studio. It's really too much for one day. After you get about half way through the choices you are exhausted. You just want to get it over with and you make mistakes.

Best experience I’ve ever had

We're still familiarizing ourselves with everything in our home. We only have an issue with towel bars and grab bars in the shower. Very cheaply made and grab bars are tarnished already. Originally we didn't want them installed so we could purchase our own. They insisted on installing them. When we have nice Moen faucets with a lifetime guarantee on the finish, why cheap out on the accessories. That said, it's somewhat of a minor thing and we are very happy with our home.

All and all a very good experience building a KB home. The only disappointment was if you finance through KB, they do not offer a bi-monthly payment feature.

Gena R made the home buying experience from KB Home very pleasant and memorable. She assisted us from the time we toured the model home to the handling of the keys after we close. She continued to send us weekly updates (with photos), and responding to every one of our numerous questions promptly.

Great details friendly service building a community

We have been in our KB home for a little over 1 month. So far, we are very happy here.

The reason I gave 4 stat of value for the price paid, a better quality of clothes shelving should been used instead of just ordinary wire shelving. Also, the garage should have been painted completely with white color instead of unfinished.

I want to commend Chelsi(sales rep). She’s very sweet and very helpful.

The whole buying experience was pleasant and all my questions were answered in a timely manner, my only complaint would be that the builders do not include irrigation hook ups for the back yard.

The process was fast and seamless from start to finish. Warren was and is very helpful from the begining and to this day. As far as the home quality, there are minor things that could have been thought out better. Some of the caulking seems a little excessive and the master bath water closet is pretty cramped. Over all we are pleased though.

I would highly recommend working with KB Homes. We had a great experience and are enjoying the house very much. The workmanship is very high quality as are the building materials were used. Any minor problems we have had have been fixed quickly and without trouble. Throughout the building process the work site was kept incredibly clean and we were free to visit as much as we wanted to check on the progress. The house was completed right on schedule. The building superintendent for our neighborhood has been amazing to work with and has made our entire experience easy. KB Home staff and work crew were phenomenal in their approach, completion and follow up! They genuinely cared for my satisfaction and took every question, concern and comment I had with patience and willingness to want to correct any concerns and follow up on anything I needed! Any other builder will have quite the shoes to fill if I ever have to move, but I hope to be in this home for a LONG time! :)

We have had a positive experience with our home building process. We were always kept in the loop and up to date on everything that was going on each week. Anything that needed to be tended to was taken care of immediately. The people we worked with from the salesman, the planning center, the contractor, and on have been very friendly and helpful in every way. We recommend KB homes.

Overall I am satisfied with KB Homes finished product. There are a few pending items that still need to be addressed but the staff has done a good job at scheduling the required repairs.

Overall, very happy with home except for too many outside and garage stairs (6) for a ranch home. Also, porch handrails do not come sanded so plan on homeowners doing that themselves. Otherwise, good work and done quickly.

We were thoroughly pleased with the process from sales to design and construction. Our KB sales and construction manager contacted us weekly from permitting through closing.
