The KBhome studio represents are hard to reach. I’ve been leaving messages for 3 weeks. Still no response.

As a first time home buyer, I wish I would have been paired with a loan officer that was better at explaining the process and more communicative, but other than that I had a great experience with my build. (The loan officer wasn't terrible, I just needed more hand holding since I had never been through the process before.) The design center was fabulous and my consultant helped me truly design my dream home.

The sales and construction team are excellent, very responsive to our home needs.

Any problems that arose, KB Homes listened and responded quickly.

Time extra time in building.

Love my first home and love the sales agent, contractor, designer, everyone was so easy to work with!!

Overall a great experience with KB Home. The final fit and finish had some issues but it’s expected when they’re building so many houses at one time. Good thing is that our superintendent and customer service reps were there to take care of any issues we had, and I’m more than happy with the outcome. Thank you!

Most issues resolved quickly.

My experience with KB was excellent Denise whenever, I called he would respond and. Help me. Related to my home. He is a True professional that cares. Also Nastacha at KB would also reach out and ensure all was going well and make herself available to explain things related to KB documents and construction time lines.

Sam and Jason were very responsive and personable. Good people to work with.

The entire KB Team is quick to respond to any questions or needs. I have no complaints other than having to do a lot of concrete work and landscaping after the purchase.

Genesis and Darin were extremely helpful, they went up and above trying to always make us feel excited and very happy throughout the process.

Buying from out of State, all KB Home Representatives were very accommodating to our situation and responded quickly to our questions.

Everyone in each department has responded in a timely manner when I had questions and concerns.

Enjoying the new. The quality is excellent and staff is cooperative, willing to go extra mile to help.

The price is great but what we get for the base price are things 10 years old in fashion and technology. I hope we had upgrade options that was not priced so high. Also the house is very loud, some thought should have gone into sound proofing the baths or floorboards.

KB homes are very good brand but response to issues are not great

Excellent buying experience with Scott. Great home design. Construction managers were responsive to any issues discovered since moving in.

Hello KB Team, first off I want to say please change your survey process to represent individual groups in the process. All though I rated 4-5 stars, certain parts of my experience was terrible. The financing piece of the process needs MAJOR IMPROVEMENT. Pan my sales rep, Ray my property manager, and Kerlyn my Warranty specialist deserves the 5 starts and was AMAZNING, the design studio was also seamless. But financing was no good. Also the way the house was turned over to me was not great. A couple warranty issues that Ray and Kerlyn helped me get through but if I have to be honest is saying whether I would do this again, I most likely wouldn’t. ... More

Need more quest parking lot because of no driveway and small garage. Two small bedrooms are not enough space In the living room are good space but it’s hard to put tv in a wrong direction.

I would buy from them again.
