The service team, mainly Renee, was the best at helping us through this process.

I would just tell a new homeowner that is purchasing a home with KB is to take your time on the studio selections, ask questions, touch the items whether it's the toilet or the windows, did I say ask questions please do, and when u walked thru your house with the construction manager for your walk thru look for everything, I mean everything, bring a portable mirror to look behind the toilet if u have too, because once u are in your new home u will be surprised what you find!! But u will love the experience because u are about to be a homeowner from nothing to something.

All the employees that were connected to KB Homes were most helpful and had a way of making you feel that your home being done right was very important to them. That our satisfaction with the whole buying experience and now the living experience in the home is top rate. We are extremely satisfied with the home and would highly recommend KB Homes to potential buyers.

KB Home was on point with customer satisfaction! From the moment I walked in to tour the model homes and even now after closing 2 months ago. KB Home still remains in touch, looking for ways to ensure I am satisfied or if I have any concerns.

They are great and always in point

I lucked into this house because the original contract holder had to back out. As such, I wasn't able to customize the house, because that process was already complete. However, I am happy with the amenities and the quality of the house.

This being our first house experience, everything was new and exciting! There where some stressful moments in the buying process, but the people at KB homes where very professional at meeting our needs. We love the new home!! Iman was so warm and helpful in providing us weekly updates. She always called us back and helped resolved our issues in a timely matter! Devin is also great and extremely knowledgeable throughout the walk through process! He followed up and got all our items resolved at closing!!

The builder was very attentive and understood that the house represented not only a monetary but also an emotional investment. He responded to my concerns accordingly.

They will guide you until the end. They are always willing to help if there’s any issue or problem. KB Homes is highly recommended!
