We found a few issues during our walkthrough and within the next few weeks, reported them to the Superintendent and they were all taken care of quickly.

When you buy a home, make sure to look at all the little details. Things you don't normally notice until you start living in the house.

I purchased model home, move-in-ready. Furnished and all! I did not have the full builder experience, but since I’ve been here the project superintendent Dave, has been great. We noticed minor things after moving in, but he’s been really responsive.

We just moved into our dream home thanks to KB Home, and we couldn’t be happier. Every step of the process felt supported, thoughtful, and transparent. Watching our home come to life made the experience truly special. Thank you KB Home for turning a dream into reality!

This is the second home we bought from KB Homes and this time the experience and workmanship were dramatically better than last time. Everything went smoothly. Be careful during the home inspection; there may be some minor issues that need to be fixed. The builder will help resolve the issue quickly.

Everyone was amazing, especially Sales and the KBHS group. Construction was good, really liked the Superintendent. His workers are not the best when it comes to straight walls and installing showers properly. Also whoever did the landscaping did not properly grade it in the front yard but Warranry is incredible and they are coming out to take care of it! Overalll an excellent experience!

Overall, excellent experience. Overall good quality. Our only issue was after we signed a contract for what was selling price, a week later prices were dropped substantially but we were stuck to the contract we signed. We probably would've upgraded if they would have allowed us. Other than that, we love the home.

My sales agent Vanessa was great. Gina loan agent was amazing and Henry the superintendent was great. Always right there to answer question and made sure things got corrected in a timely manner. Customer Service needs work

The sales team was incredible in keeping me updated with the progress of my home. The construction foreman was AMAZING in taking the time to walk through everything with me and my realtor. Truly very happy with my overall experience with KB and would highly recommend them as a builder

The team I worked with was amazing. They made my home purchasing experience a good one. They were quick to respond to any concerns or questions that I had. I had minor cosmetic concerns with the home, but nothing major. Besides, the superintendent was quick to respond to those concerns. Overall, I am happy.

Sale process was very smooth. I especially like the Energy Star rating and efficiency features of the house. I had a few minor issues but they were very responsive to getting things fixed.

That was great experience in building new home from 0. KB builders doing a great job.

Carlos of KB was an amazing point person for everything related to the home. He was able to talk phone calls of questions and concerns in a positive manner and always got the issue resolved timely. The experience with him leading the way for KB was amazing.

My wife and I can truly say our experience purchasing our lot and building our house was truly amazing. From the upgrade and design to the building process we were weekly updated . Upon completion we were signed off by John and he was so patient. There are minor issues but Rob our concierge always come to the rescue. Our sales headed by Dale and Courtney plus Mitch , Rodrigo and John saw to it that all our requests were given attention. The loans officer , Jim tried his best . Overall experience , we give them 5 Stars . Thank you KB Homes for bringing our dream house into reality.

My wife and I had a great time picking out the specific interiors for the home. We couldn’t wait to move in and now that we have moved in we love living in this area.

The layout of the home is wonderful. Wide open space. The finish carpentry was sub-standard but Robert was on top of it and had the problems resolved. I wish there were more options at the design center for light fixtures.
