Working with the Dan, the Supervisor post closing, he was very communicative and thorough in checking in on my satisfaction with quality of the work and addressing any concerns.

The only down side was the underwriters were terrible ... aside from that every thing else was good.

While there were some issues, that needed major attention I would like to take a moment to highlight two people that in our opinion, went above and beyond to not only ensure that the many situations was addressed but personally ensured that we were informed every step of the way. First I would like to highlight Raul Garcia, Raul was not only personally involved in every aspect of the home buying experience, even once the home was handed over Raul, would stop to visit, call , text and answers all questions that we might have. Raul not just listened to our concerns he heard what we were saying and took the necessary steps to remedy the issue as best he would. He connected us with the right people and stayed engaged the entire process. The second person I would like to is Robert (Bob) Dinsmore from the moment that Bob got involved with the issues revolving the broken and none functioning appliances, Bob did everything that he could to make sure that we were taken care of, like Raul, Bob would ask detail questions about the situation and understood that at times the situation caused by faulty appliances placed the entire household in danger of coming in contact with COVID-19. Overall, my experience was fine. I do feel like during the construction part, corners we’re cut. This caused issues after move in and I am currently in the process of getting those issues fixed. I understand that these builds are typically “cookie cutter” and fast. But I wish they would have payed a little more attention to detail.

Had a good experience - wish communication was a little more proactive at times. Disappointed with some of the workmanship - seemed rush with the way some of the finer details such as the paint boarders or things that are crooked.

Excellent staff at sales and design center. Workmanship and sod use is not the best.

As every thing in the life....good and bad things, nothing is perfect!

Sales/office staff were responsive and professional. There were a few hiccups that needed to be negotiated along the way, though this is probably typical of any homebuying experience.

Lack of communication and professionalism with other departments, but Customer Service/Construction team provides the best customer care.

Friendly staff all around. Helpful and work hard.

Made our first time home buyer experience a great one.

Our interactions with the sales office and construction superintendent has been great/off the charts. However, the quality of construction has left something to be desired.

To make sure they keep an eye on their building in progress. I do love my home. Things can change how I feel about the workmanship if things are fix. And so far they are being fixed.

it was a good experience

Had a plumbing issue within the first day after closing, my home was not complete before the move on. Surround sound wasn’t installed or the screened in patio. Issues were resolved quickly. The house overall is beautiful and nicely built once the issues were addressed and fixed.

From the first moment that I met with the salesperson, to the walk through with the builder, to the follow up with the claims department, the customer service has been excellent!

Norma and Kullen are awesome! They answered all my questions right away and if they didn’t know the answer they would get back with me right away.

They will provide all the information that you need right away.

The experience of purchasing my first home was a lot of stress to be honest. I thought KB did a good job on answering my questions. At first I had trouble getting in contact with My First loan officer. I had plenty of question right after going forward to build a home with KB. Later down the road I was assigned a different person to help with my question and loan they did an amazing job. Overall I’m pretty happy with My home.
