Buying our first home with KB Home was truly a seamless experience. From the beginning, the team walked us through every step and made the process easy to understand, which took away so much stress that usually comes with purchasing a first home. What really stood out was their post-move-in support. KB Home’s warranty service is great, and our representative George has been amazing. We have been trying to get our refrigerator replaced or refunded since we paid for it ourselves thru the design studio for 1100.00. It looks second hand and runs loud enough to hear 7 out of 8 hrs. They ordered doors without hearing our side of issue. This has been ongoing before we closed on house, said go ahead and close all issues will be taken care of, at who’s satisfaction. Had a range problem got that solved. Still have issue with cabinet inserts, put on order to replace. Essentially everything we paid extra for has had issues. Everyone who has told us they will come here to talk to us about this issue has not shown up. Wait all day and nothing. KB advertising says 100% satisfaction guaranteed. Not happening yet. Kyle was fantastic and saved the whole experience for us. He sent us photos to update us on progress while they were building, had us come by and walk the property at certain stages and explain what is happening. Very friendly, responds by phone, email, and text and helped us resolve a mistake that was made by an outside vendor that we used to for some options. He went back and had it corrected in a couple of days at not cost to us. Walked us through the whole process and brought Greg(Warranty Manager) over to meet us so he could help with post close questions. Greg was also amazing, handling all issues that came up after moving in. We had a couple of issues after we moved in that we not his or Kyle's or KB's fault at all. Buying my home at Villas at The Preserve was a very positive experience. The sales team walked me through everything clearly, kept me updated, and made the process less stressful, especially as a first-time buyer in Antelope. The construction team delivered a home with solid workmanship and clean finishes. Anytime I had a question or noticed something that needed attention, they responded quickly and took care of it without hassle.
