Smooth buying experience and process overall

From the time my husband and I walked through the door to inquire about the possibility of building our home, to the day we closed, everyone involved was not only knowledgeable and professional, but went above and beyond to make the our experience a pleasant one. We especially want to thank Richard. He made sure that the builders did a tremendous job!

Purchasing a new home in itself is hectic experience however KB Homes made it simple and worry free. The minor issues that arose were handled in a timelt manner and completely to our satisfaction. Small gated community in a quiet area of Henderson. Still being constructed. Many nearby attractions and shopping. Well constructed home and builders resolve any issues quickly. Sales staff and construction team are always concerned with your satisfaction.
