I was great the personal in sales department

Everything moved along in a blink of an eye. The entire process was very good. The loan processor was design desk consultant and build site contractor were exceptional. My only wish is for a better conversation when setting up the build. We didn't recognize it wasn't what we thought it was until it had walls. Very odd how much you can assume in the process without even noticing. I'd suggest the actual build site contractor be part of that stage to ensure educated customers and reduce misunderstandings.

We love our house, but we had to move quickly so the walk through was fast and now we are seeing small details. The main issue that we had/have is some of the light fixtures and fire alarms are popping off.

Good customer service. KB were quick to address any issues my wife and I had with the home after moving in.

The individual from KB Homes who sold me the home was great. Always there to help and get answers quickly.

Overall I am happy with my home, small little issues that they are taking care of but overall I am happy with my home and they get a 4 out of 5!

The cabinets and baseboards keep breaking :( but we really love the home and the community

Contractors for outside stucco had to come back to repair crapy work. Painters had to come back to repaint an area under the eaves all around the house.

Great starter house for us, can't beat the location.

Overall it was a pleasant experience to work with Kb Homes.

There were some issues with small things when we moved in that we were able to get a quick resolution for. The KB Customer service team, especially Justin in Northpark, has been so responsive and helpful! I'm extremely impressed with the quality of the work, and I look forward to living here for a very long time. The price was a bit high compared to other houses nearby, but already the value has gone up so I can't complain. Thanks KB :)

Affordable homes, nice hill views and prime location

I think with KB Homes having the whole buying experience inclusive within the process was helpful although not letting my Real estate agent communicate with the lenders was kind of frustrating. I had to learn the whole buying process alone through out steps with my agent in the background advising me. So there was a lot of back and forth. But at the end everything turned out great and I am really happy with my new home! Also the design studio with Jennifer and the ladies that helped me was probably the best part! They are very helpful with selecting and putting the designs together. Overall I am impressed with the sales person Lizette, the builder Ricky, and happy we worked out the final interest rate. ... Be aware of progress and be diligent on inspections. Weekly calls are great, but they don't always have much substance. Most importantly, be patient. When given a tentative schedule, it is kept to the best of their ability, but some things will get missed or shortcuts will happen to meet the deadlines.

Nayeli is the beat sales that I have ever worked with.

The office staff was great, responsive, and very intentive. The Studio process was very rushed and once covid started it was merely impossible to make and additions or changes, which we were told we would have two studio sessions and we really only received one. A few options were left out and we figured it out after the construction had begun. The construction phase was dragged out during covid which forced me to stay at an undesirable place for four months long than intended but our contractor was able to finish the home before their projected date. The home was finished with minor issues such as, a wrong door, doors not closing completely, light fixtures falling out and an overlap of concrete in the backyard.
