Good overall experience, professional and responsive staff

Overall good. But workmanship is a bit lacking. AC was installed incorrectly and stopped working less than 1 month of moving. We did not have AC during a weekend in the middle of the summer average of over 100. At first tried to contact the assigned rep for issues but did not received a response within 24 hours, after looking on the KB website, we finally got a hold of 24-hour warranty office to fix the issue. Also, some of the windows are not properly installed i.e. will not completely close. Carpets not properly installed, sticking tacks everywhere. They touched up some of it during final inspection but there are still tacks sticking out when walking on the carpet. Closets rail doors have some markings of screws holes. Closet shelves are not properly sanded and rough on some edges along with closet hanging rails. Overall materials are great but workmanship definitely needs work and maybe more thorough inspection. ... More

Everyone was great from start to finish apart from some minor hiccups. Amanda, Jessy and MI made our experience great.

Sales team did a good job. Superintendent/warranty did/are doing a great job with responsiveness and ensuring mishaps are corrected/fixed in a timely manner.

The building process was a breeze. From the moment you start your application to the moment you get your keys. Everyone is helpful keeping you up with the building process all the way until the closing process is complete.
