Kept us up to date on progress of the build

The builder forgot to put a vent in the master bath. It reached 115 degrees today. The master bath has not vent so it was just as hot. Contacted the builder to complain.

Jeff, our KB Home sales rep extended our closing date in order to accommodate our difficulty in selling our previous home.

My home buying experience took a bit longer than expected but well worth the wait! Reed was very professional and responsive to my concerns and was able to provide me with everything I asked for in a timely manner. No doubt buying a home with KB is a great experience. But not our dwelling on the first month, this was the time we noticed some flaws on the materials and workmanship. First, our countertop has a lot of chips on it but it has been addressed already they did some repairs. Second, I thought the paint in the interior was so thin it can easily be removed seemed like only one coating was apied.Third and the worst, within a month of dwelling, our a/c already broke twice! Installer got notified but their emergency service was not until 3 days after we called. Summertime! Who would like to spend their days inside their new house with 93 degrees inside? Everyone from the sales offices to Kyle have been great. They have helped with any questions and needs throughout the process. Even when after closing Kyle has been a text away.

Overall experience was painless because we paid cash and didn’t go through the process of mortgage application. Although there are issues with new home construction, major or minor, we expect it will be resolved in due time. Some issues were resolved quickly which we appreciate. KB personnel we dealt with, were quick to update, and responded with ease . I commend KB with their professionalism and knowledgeable experience. Thank you, KB Homes!

KB home will give you the flexibility to customize your home for your needs. Most of the other builders are cookie cutter options.

KB Homes kept in contact with us throughout the entire build. Considering we lived 3 hours away, we were able to get weekly updates as our home was being built. From sales to design studio to closing on our new home has been a great experience.

We purchase our house from Kb homes in Salerno because its located near to hospital,colleges,schools,and outlet. The prices is much lower than the other builders and we like the location.Its quite and peaceful.
