Very good environment and people around here I like it

I had the BEST sales agent! Cody was super attentive throughout the entire process. He was very knowledgable and helped me to feel confident in my decision to buy a home. I also LOVED getting weekly updates from Cody and Drake throughout the building process. Finally, I had so much fun with Jena at the design studio. She brought my vision to life! Now, I'm in my home and it is truly my dream home!

KB has been a pretty great company to purchase our first home through. We did have delays moving in to our home that were unavoidable due to COVID, but once we got in our home we realized how much pride they take in their work. Even after the walk through, they come back multiple times to make sure everything is fine and fix things that are not. Everyone I have had the pleasure of talking with has been very kind. Jennifer in sales was the most friendly, knowledgeable person on the team. If you have a question, she will find the answer! The woman at the design studio was so kind to us also. She was so helpful when picking out our options. She showed us everything, and I mean everything, to help us make the best decisions. Everything has been great thus far just have a few minor complaints but nothing serious. The house has definitely been worth buying and I have also recommended some people to do the same.

I went with KB build because of thier reputation and quality. I was both happy and disappointed in the final quality of my home. seems the final details were very rushed. However I have been working with KB on fixing and finishing all the issues I had since moving in and they are very responsive and everything has almost been completed.

KB homes has been really good to me, my buying experience was a little different but, KB homes made it doable!!! grateful for Belinda Dillard, she is awesome!! she goes extra mile to answer me with all my questions and concerns, also to Scott, he takes care of issues / request in a timely manner.

Employees were very professional. Any issues we had after moving in were addressed immediately

Bryan did a good job and always available when we need help with something.

The whole buying process was smooth from start to finish. They were also very responsive even after closing and did cosmetic touch ups after moving in.

Overall I am happy with the house except the road noise that can be heard very loudly from my bedroom. The windows needed to be soundproof. Otherwise Bill (the superintendent) has been exceptional with everything we have needed or with our concerns.

Overall a great experience! KB team is very responsive and is great at answering all your questions. Towards the end of closing they were great at fixing any problem that may have come up. No issues with any of our concerns. They were always on it and on it ASAP! We appreciate KB being there for us when we needed them and for always being so professional. Thank you!

Solid home, however process at times feels rushed. Overall happy with experience

Kb was easy to work with and our team of people always kept us up to date.

The quality of their workmanship and materials could be better. The garage door is very noisy and one can hear the footsteps very loud when people walk on the second floor.

The home buying experience was great with questions being answered in a timely manner as well as after the purchase.

I can't say enough about my new KB Townhome. It's centrally located, offers a beautiful design aesthetic and thrilled that my equity is growing!! KB staff are excellent, friendly and down to earth.

Kb in this area has two person for me there are the best doing his job one is Joshua Salazar.thanks for keeping him.he is very professional helping people and other is Bill the construction person in charge he's job is very good.he takes care with every thing trying to leave the job done on times and right. Thanks Kb for those two person.

They made the whole process so easy and exciting and always kept me updated on the process of the build every week
