In order to buy a new home we have to plan in advance how you want your new home look like.

KB Homes has excellent customer service, however the quality of workmanship isn't great. There were many items that need to be repaired, replaced, and touched up. Some upgrades were not installed and had to be completed after the move in. I can't believe they would deliver the house with dents in the garage door and dirty smudges and scratches all over the white cabinets, etc. Nicky and Poco are wonderful customer service folks and I trust them with all the follow up items. They are getting things done correctly!

Nicole and Angelina helped us get through the buying process. They provided a lot of information, resources, and followed up consistently to make sure we got all the things we were asking for

Great experience with the Staff at the Sales Center. our home was delivered with some incomplete issues. the response was quick in addressing the issue but action to correct the issue was unsatisfactory. to date we still have issues that are not completed not sure when this will be addressed.

Fit and finish is NEVER perfect, and I understand that, However follow up and follow through. Too many emails never responded to and once we do get someone to respond, very defensive in nature. Not asking for perfection, just understanding. Simplest step KB could do is to simple say, "I hear your concern and here are the options . . ." In stead of, "well that is the subcontractor, or that is construction, or that is sales . . . " Overall I am satisfied with the house, however not the follow through.

I think new homes these days are never going to be great quality, just because of the rushed deadlines. The best you can hope for is a builder who takes accountability and will fix things (even if it does take a while).

We are finally in our home. For the most part we are very satisfied. There were minor areas that needed attention but because of the good construction supervisor Andrew they have been taken care of. The house is nice and KB built a good house.

I did not have any real issues with this builder. I love my floor plan. The house was built in a timely manner considering the issued with backordered and delayed materials. I was told when the process started that is was highly possible the the home would not be completed on schedule and it was not however it was completed and I have moved in. The construction manager was very helpful and responsive and I appreciated that.

The cabinets are really poor quality. I was very disappointed with my cabinet installation. The white countertops are also stained from construction materials, I've been trying to clean these stains for over a month and they're still there (circle suction cup marks, caulk residue, scratches from tools). It felt like the cabinets had already been used and all the screws in the doors are loose and about to fall out.

I am not satisfied with the quality of workmanship. Things keep falling out of place.

Seems like my house in a rush closing. Too Many things to fix after walkthrough.

My experience With Kimberly is top notch! She kept me I informed with the knowledge presented! She explained the process along with realistic timeframe as other folks cannot grasp the concept. Clint was the guy who would update me during the build but after 3 months never heard from him again about the progress. It took almost 11 months for the home to be built due to the market and times. Jeremy, superintendent, knocked it out the ball park with giving me the walkthrough and taping stuff prior to close. Jeremy did his absolute best to get things addressed with folks building the homes and even after closing they are coming out to fix when Jeremy and I follow up with each other. KB Finance needs to communicate in full and not have someone agree to a long term lock without informing the cost of it. The folks who built the homes in my community are having issues as we came together and shared things but it happens. KB is a great home builder they just need to assess who they hire to build the homes as the tile folks hired didn’t seem to care much about the work done as some of my tiles are not lined up, cracked and damaged. Only repairs the tile people did was the glass piece in the middle, I’m aware they got tanked. Painters got copious amount of paint throughout the carpets and texture stuff was taped and not completed. Some side moldings have a gap between them, the stone pieces in the front are all over the roof and didn’t clean that part off. Cabinets that were damaged they attempted to paint over it but used the wrong paint color. Homes still being built they allow trash to go anywhere. My complaints obviously are the ones doing the work as it seems no care since they want to come out multiple to do a task that can be completed once. I’d use KB again but I will not rush myself to close if the home has obscurities. Again, Jeremy and Kimberley are absolute rockstars and take their roles serious! ... More

Great experience for first-time homebuyers. They walk you through the steps and make sure you know what is going on every step of the way. Unfortunately, they cut corners on the finishing touches and left a few things below standard.

The hoa is a mess. The fee mentioned when buying the house is completely different from the hoa fee that needs to be paid now. It has been processed for two weeks, and there is still no result. Some workers such as the hoa property manager are playing football to shirk responsibility! If you buy a house again, you probably won’t choose KB！

there was some quality built issues with our home. We reached out to the customer service representatives to have the issues correct. They were good at accommodating the requests and fixing the issues.

The value of the home, exceptional. Getting the final touches finished on home, fair.

I had a positive experience with KB Homes until the end. It took 11 months for them to complete a townhouse, nearly 5 months more than they had originally predicted. I had 3 building contractors during that time and my sales rep also left during that time. The lack of consistency between the different phases was evident. The builders have been given too much on their plates to truly manage everything well. They are capable individuals, but the company has set them up for failure. My home was rushed to be finished and many final details were not finished well. The closing date was set and then pushed back another time and the to-do list was long even after closing. Communication was often lacking. The end of construction/closing was not as I had hoped and makes it difficult to recommend KB Homes to others for the time being. The process during the home build was good, but once I closed there were plenty of exceptions that needed to be completed. Wished the home was more “move in ready” than what I walked into.

Overall good experience with KB homes.

This has been a rollercoaster ride! I think what I will take from this whole experience is COMMUNICATE! & Make sure your sales rep is around after you sign the papers/contract because he disappeared like David Copperfield-

Overall good. Especially since we got in early and got a good price.

The sales office was great. My rep kept me apprised of status, progress and timeline. I felt like the KBHS team could have done a better job 'coaching' on the phase of the loan progress. Multiple times, months would go by without notice and then there was an immediate required action item that was crucial to he loan process, which created a lot of unnecessary stress. I also had to specifically call out issues and updates that were required to be made in my closing summary statements multiple times. Had I not put the effort to perform details reviews of my closing summary, I'm certain they would not have been caught which would have resulted in me paying excess fees; again unnecessary stress for something that should have been a seamless and generally exciting/enjoyable process. ... Materials are not of good quality, for example, the cabinet we have many broken

Jeff, our Sales Counselor was terrific. I cannot say enough good things about him. Closing was delayed a number of weeks due to supply issues. A number of things were incomplete upon closing in early December and added to the Exception List. We are still waiting to have many of the issues resolved.

We had a good home buying experience all the way from the sales agent, financing team, and build team.
