The buying process was simple and pleasant. Our selling agent was very informative and helpful throughout the whole process. The Superintendent of the job site was very on top of everything and quick to respond when concerns came up. The only downside was the changing of our move-in date due to weather and material back order, other than that everything was great and would recommend others to purchase from Kb.

As a first-time homebuyer, the process was very transparent and quite simple. The superintendent and construction team specifically has been there for every single question or issue I may have had, and they responded fast and efficient. Mike (sale counselor) was amazing during the whole buying process. He was responsive at all times and days. He ensured to look into any questions I had and provide a timely response or forward requested information. Even after the sale office closed, he still ensured to stay in touch and provide support as needed. Robert and Harrison have been following up with me since the construction was completed and sending pictures.
