New home buying experience was not bad, kept us pretty up to date. Minor issues after move in that are still being addressed. Getting those issues fixed is taking awhile. Home is nice but can tell some stuff was built in a rush

It’s too early to rate this home on some of the questions (thus 3 stars). The buying process was pretty smooth and the people who helped us, like Sherry, were awesome!!!

Quality of home could & should be better for price paid.

It was long process and if you’re patient it can become well worth it

my overall experience was good. the team from sales to the the building team always very responsive. The time fame for the entire build was delayed and closing and completion was delayed. Any problems were addressed by Sara and Robert quickly. I surmise some delays were due to Covid. The quality of the building material was builder grade and all upgrades are out of pocket. Kitchen design and panty layout can be improved. Wall installation does not provide noise reduction throughout the home, Lot sizes and spaces of the homes are great. My Salesman Reed was great very responsive to any questions we had.

Overall I’m happy with my purchase. KB did a great job communicating throughout the home purchase. There were some minor concerns that I had where improvement could be made by KB.

It was a smooth process and good communication ,good quality,i love my home!

The experience was great. The staffs were very pleasant to work with. The craftsmanship wasn’t too great. Some of the work were sloppy, Lots of issues to correct afterwards.

Salesman was awesome, he sent us weekly updates, even through shortages of supplies and labor. Time at the design of 2 hours too short, another hour would’ve been satisfactory. Loan process with KB loans was stressful. Final walk through was good, but a few issues that were addressed is still in the works. All in all, everyone was professional.

The timely response is a little slow.

I must say that it was a thrill to have a home that I would be the first to live in it. The feeling to see it from a open field to a house was exciting. There are some things that certainly could have been better, from the communication of work stoppage to delays of supplies. Even though some materials wasn't the greatest but the applications could have made up for it. Quality of workmanship certainly brought up questions of integrity

Check EVERYTHING on final walk-through. Do all the windows work? Does the doorbell work? Does the irrigation system work? If multi-level, how does the HVAC for each floor interact with the controllers? Reinspect after a couple of weeks.

I was so disappointed. I closed on March 25, 2022. No screen windows, no screen door, no hardware in the kitchen and bathrooms. No Aircondition. I set up the ecobee but it doesn’t connect to the A/C. There s no update when they will get the screens and the hardwares or kitchen pulls It is now May 17. And it is so hot.

Overall Good experience. I would like to have better model displays in Design Studio.

KB Homes is a great builder. My recommendation to other homebuyers it to ensure you understand all conditions of the contract before signing.

Sales and Design Center were great! When it comes to building you need to be watching their every move. The construction supervisors try to watch everything but it's impossible. We had many issues but so far the warranty dept. has been on top of making things right. The company really need to work on making sure they produce a quality home the first time.

Super intendant promised some items and gifts he was going to add to the house because we were so patient with them and at the end didn't get anything. Oh and the garage concrete was finished horribly. Looks like they didn't have finishers and just had laborers do a bad job

I have a leak in my water heater more than a month and I receive my house without 2 cabinets doors that was supposed to be delivered in February 24th, but until now nothing. They return quickly my questions but I don’t have the real solution for my problems.

Make sure to pay attention to the material, and the small things .
