Amazing experience buying our 1st home

They work to keep us aware week by week. Made sure everything was done and if there was a issue fully disclosed it and made it right. Best experience buying another new home.

They were ok. The construction manager and the construction personnel are irresponsible and will put you under a lot of stress. Be ready for that

The team here has been wonderful. Darin and Genesis have always responded quickly and appropriately. The on-site crews are courteous and respectful. My home is my dream. I appreciate all the help I have received in getting my home move in ready and the help I continue to receive after move in. I feel safe and happy in my new home. Thank you for helping me make this house my home.

I liked the attention to details, quality of materials and excellent attention from the staff.

My Property Manager has been GREAT! He has been willing to listen to my concerns and ready to intervien with any issue. The Warrenty Manager has listened to me and has gotten the jobs scheduled to make my transition into my new KB Home easy.

The whole process was stressful due to the fact that my wife and I had a loan officer who didn’t tell us a thing, he basically did everything on his own without confirming anything with us. Then when we switched to Daliah as our loan officer everything turned around she informed us of everything there is to know. As far as the build of our home there’s issues that should have been caught during the building process. Such as electric sockets not working, cracks between tile, issues with that irrigation system. There was a set back in getting the house built, there’s no sprinkler system in the back yard, I feel that there wasn’t much effort in getting our house built. Once I had an issue with the sewer so I sent a text message. Arnold came to my home immediately and solve the problem.

From the experience of pocking the house, then to Studio from the process to closing everyone was so amazing and helpful!

Communication is horrible. Still waiting on when out front landscaping is going to be finished. We have been in for 2 months and no word on when they will get to it. We paid to have our house interior painted and I could have painted it better myself. We were told we may be too picky that they painting was fine even though it looked horrible. We were treated by our superintendent like we were idiots and he thought he knew everything and always had an excuse as to why something was the way it was. We were told it’s not a custom house about 2” times when we asked for something to be fixed like the crappy baseboard we paid for that was crooked to the naked eye. Job Super Stacey was great!

As a first time home buyer the experience was easy. The foreman was responsive to my complaints/questions as well as the salesperson. The studio was an easy and smooth experience. As a prior construction worker, some things stood out to me. The structure of the home is solid, the finishing not so much. There were missing paint spots, short cut baseboards that were filled with caulk, mismatched door trim, extra caulk left in the corners where it should have been smoothed out, painters closed doors before paint was dry, etc. The backyard was not leveled properly which caused all the neighbors water to drain and stay stagnant in our yard. This killed our tree and grass. All of these items can be fixed, and the foreman made sure they were fixed. If you are looking for an absolutely perfect house to move into, ensure you have given yourself at least a week or more beyond the forecasted closing date for the builder to fix these problems. The one thing I have suggested to KB is the need for a quality assurance rep to walk the home before the customer does the final walkthrough. I feel this would mitigate customer findings and expedite the closing process. I did have an inspector walk the home, he did not point out the finishing issues I have mentioned. We loved our first home building experience. A few things could use improvement but overall a pleasant experience with KB.

I had such a pleasant experience with KB Homes. Everyone on the team was responsive before, during, and after the buying/closing process.

The super Intendants went out of their way s to make my dream home happen. Studio didn't offer some of the products I wanted for my home and different super intendants helped me find the products that studio did not have and make my dream home happen.

After all we been through in 2020 with the covid issue,then the winter freeze they still push through on there promise to deliver.thanks to them all.

Home buying experience is great! A bit pricey on some options. Quite responsive to some issues but some may need to push back to get fix.

it's been over a MONTH almost two, that our garage door opener or electricity is not working in the garage. Ridiculous. My daughter's house - the kitchen sink fell down on mount. Leaked water everywhere.

Extremely unhappy with the way the sale was handled.
