George and Isabeau have been great since day one of purchasing this home. They go above and beyond what's asked of them, and just overall great folks. This company is lucky to have great associates like them!!

Homebuyers should keep in mind that they are not just buying but building the home of their dreams. As much as there is a Purchase Agreement, homebuyers should be more aware and should have a full understanding of what the terms truly are. There are provisions based on a timeline. However, if you are not 100% decided nor are you 100% satisfied with the product, you do not need to accept or agree with anything.

Even though at times it was stressful KB really stepped up to help I'm glad we're here the entire community from the people that build the house to the people that signed the title and the office with are all wonderful also Steven is amazing so is Stephanie and the lonest apartment and Brayden and Rocky everyone we have met so far is amazing and go way above and beyond

Chase was a fabulous sales rep. He answered texts and phone calls immediately. The loan team was also great, but the loan process is way too complex and redundant. Any issues spotted during the walk through and after move in were addresses immediately.

Very pleasant home buying experience. We found a home that fit our needs in a location we desired. KB staff were very professional and helpful with entire process.

Quadruple check your brick when it gets delivered, colors do not match studio. Double check all electrical. We had a plug that wasn’t even wired. Double check with your local paint store for the paint first. Our whole house is painted with paint they do not produce anymore. Therefore to fix a scratch. I have to paint the whole wall. Color can be matched. But paints are vastly different. Takes longer than they say it’ll take. Just add a few months. If they say June. Expect august/September. We were pushed back 3 months from our original date.

One think no good for dishwasher no body comes to fix

Everything looks pretty good but some things seemed rushed. But overall great experience.

Sales rep is very transparent. Building team is very attentive.

Builder does not response in a timely manner to fix issues. Have been in my new house for a little over a month and had issues with lights falling, sink not working, water heater leaking.

The sales staff at KB Home are exceptional. Our sales rep Juli and construction manager Brent were truly fantastic throughout the home buying process, providing regular and timely updates with much appreciated transparency.

Although, I felt that it took forever for the home to get completed, when I moved in, I felt that it was right on time. I am still experiencing the home buying experiencing with the behind the scene work. They are still making things happen for me with various vendors and the overall quality of their customer service. Pretty much my home buying experience didn't end when I got my keys. I really appreciate everyone from Sales to the Loan Officers to the Builders to the Customer Service Representatives right on down to the Superintendent. It all came together perfectly to mold and shape my dreams of my forever home. ... More

KB staff was very helpful. They were very communicative throughout the process of purchasing our first home. They guided us through the process and they were always available to answer our questions and concerns.

Just moved in to our new home in April 2021. So far everything has been great from the sales person to the customer service for any warranty issues. Highly recommended..

Great experience with entire kB homes team.

The floor left at the Largest model (1860)was dismally insufficient for a new home. Reguardless of your As is !! Model hone Purchase Policy...an attempt by myself and your Builder was made to attempt to fix the situation....after a professional cleaning and resealing the floor looked good for about 2days once completely dry it returned to it lack luster shine and powdery look. In closing we spent 8k to put a vinyl floor on the bottom half of this home...totally Disappointed...in what we got for 304k...

Our home building experience with KB was a great adventure. The building process was really enjoyable to watch and be apart of. My family and I love our new home.

Decent home. Seems like hires crews rather finish work quickly than provide quality work.
