Building a home is never perfect. The difference with KB is they will have the vendor return to make corrections to cabinets, paint, plants, etc... We bought everything from KB from fixtures to washer and dryer to air purification system.

Overall. my family and I are extremely happy with our new home...

Great experience we’re very happy!

I was so glad my wife and I found this new build from KB Homes when we were looking to purchase our first home. Everyone we worked with made the experience so simple and gratifying. We’re extremely happy we went with KB Homes and could not be happier in our new home.

I’m still waiting for issues to be resolved and for item already paid for to be delivered.

During construction- take care of the surrounding property for those who have moved in during construction.

I had a great experience until final close day. I was promise a clean house and it was still dirty and still had to do repairs on it.

My project manager Kullen has superb customer service skills. Weekly updates, always answered my questions, never had issues getting ahold of him and makes sure things get done! Huge asset to your team and am blessed he made this process less stressful for me.

I definitely see the value but for the times that we are in I felt that KBs standard feature aren’t enough. They almost force you to upgrade everything to have a updated home, which is unfair in my opinion as this is a new home. And not to mention all of the upgrades you are now making will make it harder for your house to appraise. I wish they went through the standard features before signing your contract. But at the end of it, we do love our home despite the disappointments through the process

Great value and prices. I had to keep an eye on my construction team since they weren't very good with deadlines or forgetting small details. Their design studio experience was the absolute cherry on top; there is no better interior design experience.

The KB Home team made this experience enjoyable and as stress free as possible. While visiting the Orlando area in July 2019, from Hawaii, we looked at KB Home and several other builders in the entire metropolitan area. KB Home and Maronda Homes were our top picks. In October, 2020 we returned to Florida and selected KB Home as our builder. After a walk through of the model coupled with a quite informative and professional presentation, we was sold on a home in Sawgrass Bay. The entire staff - sales, design upgrades, our construction superintendent and finance, all made the process one for the books and have raised the bar for those attempting to provide great customer service!
