Arnold in Montevello is Great!

Need to improve the quality and workmanship of the homes. There’s a lot of issues with appliances, cabinetry and lack of quality with the finishing touches of the home. Need more attention to details specially with the design center. Lots of mistakes with the choices so it’s back and forth communication to get things resolved is painstaking. I don’t have any complaints with the sales person. Paxton is always on top of any issues and concerns given to him.

KB is personally with throughout the process and continues to support you after you move in!

Overall the sale manager was the best experience; but as a customer we didn’t have the option to change certain aspects of the house to make the overall experience rememberable. Experience was overall basically you buy as is; which was unsatisfactory

If you ever have to deal with the builder for preserve pointe the god bless you but sales team is great and know how to communicate as well as the lender for kb we had.

My overall experience with KB Home was great, they are very helpful, and they were always there to answer any questions or concerns !

During construction and prior to construction the salesman responded with any issues or questions I had. After closing KB personnel were responsive and any problem was handled in a timely manner.

If wasn't because of pandemic time everything would be on time ,and on the other hand I had the builder inspector helping on everything he could to get my house soon is possible which he accomplish by doing all we needed, Thank You Don

The customer service from Bryon and Rob was great. In terms of improvement for KB Home, I think better attention to the small details would be nice. For example, we found a few paint drippings on the carpet, counters, and doorknobs. Also the AC unit wasn't level. Other than that, I think our experience with KB Home was good.

As a first time home buyer, l was really scared to venture into the process considering everything negative l have heard from others. However, my experience with KB home was surprisingly great. When we started, l realized the process was well thought and organized. I was told that someone will contact me weekly to give the progress information and they actually did. I know everything that's going on with my new home because James, the biulder called me every Friday and so were the contacts from Doug the sales manager. I love the fact that l went to their studio to pick out every details and l remembered how comfortable l was with the designer. I wasn't pressured to choose any design that l wasn't comfortable with. Rather, l was being assisted to make even better choice. And the finishing of my house is amazing. The loan process wasn't bad as well. Luis was the loan officer. I benefited from his great experience and when l got nervous about the closing date towards the end, he ensured that all the necessities were in place in time to close as soon as possible. Overall, l will recommend KB Homes to new buyers simply because the experience is less stressful and you have a choice on how your home is designed. We are pleased with the overall experience as a whole. Some minor things right after move in, but were managed. The Warranty process needs improvement.

Construction was horrible. Communication was horrible. Lender was perfect.

I loved that I was kept up to date with everything and every step. I have always gotten quick responses on any questions I have had.

I’d like for the rooms to be bigger .
