From sale to construction Kbhome team is a winner. Location/location/location. Floor plan and customization is what sold me. Lemont is the best and got it done. The Studio tour and upgrades was exciting and Sarah was super. Tammy helped so much with the loan process. Constr Mgr's addressed questions and small issues(paint/HVAC(loud by bedroom window). Traffic in and out could be an issue in future as other home builders build, there is only one 4 way 2 lane intersection in and out and can be a little issue. As a veteran first time home buyer pleased with the results.

It has been a great experience all-around working with KB Home's team. The communication was always on-point, I felt supported along the way especially being a first-time homebuyer. I'm so grateful for KB Home making my homebuying dream a reality!

Our overall experience with all representatives of KB was wonderful. One example of great customer service is there was a concrete platform off of my back patio that was missing. I contacted the service rep, and the platform was installed the next day!!! The quality of the home, and the structure of the home are both very well done. The incentives that came with the home, made the overall price very affordable. I cant say enough, that if your thinking about buying a newly built home, you would be missing out if you do not, at the very least, look into a KB Home.

Our experience has been excellent from beginning to end. George has been fantastic to work with throughout the entire process. He is consistently responsive, trustworthy, and very knowledgeable, and he made sure nothing fell through the cracks. Anytime we had a question or concern, George addressed it quickly and clearly, which made the whole experience feel smooth and well-managed. The quality of workmanship and overall value have met our expectations, and having someone like George guiding the process made a big difference. We would absolutely recommend working with him to other home buyers.

For the most part, I'm not expecting much but prefer to observe a team's efforts and then be deeply appreciative when it's a winning situation. The KB construction team, sales team, etc. (save for Amanda H) were absolutely phenomenal in assisting me in my endeavors towards home ownership. They each worked diligently with me to bring this to fruition despite some unique and personal challenges. I'd like to thank specifically Garrett F, Cody ?, LeMonte A, Ian C., Meghan Z., and Giovanni ? for a job well done. This home is amazing and I am truly grateful to have purchased from KB Homes.

We recently closed on our new KB Home, and overall, we're thrilled with the process and the final product. From start to finish, the team made what could have been a stressful experience feel manageable and even exciting. Our sales rep, Michele, was outstanding. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the floor plans, upgrades, and community details right from our first visit to the model home. Michele took the time to listen to our needs and walked us through every option without pushing unnecessary add-ons, and was super responsive via text and email—even on weekends when we had random questions about financing or timelines. Her professionalism and patience really stood out, especially compared to some other builders we'd looked at. Once we were under contract, Jeff, our construction superintendent, was always available to answer site-specific questions, like plumbing placement or exterior finishes, and he addressed a couple of minor concerns during walkthroughs quickly and without hassle. His attention to detail showed in the final quality—everything from framing to drywall to final touches looked solid and well-done. The home was delivered on time, and the punch list items were handled promptly before closing. The house itself is well-built, energy-efficient, and feels like great value for the price. We've had no major issues post-move-in, and the warranty team has been responsive so far. Our experience with KB Homes was positive thanks to great people like Michele and Jeff. I had a wonderful experience building my home with KB Homes.
