Any project will have issues, but KB did a pretty good job getting through them, especially with a large winter storm and the pandemic, amid labor shortages etc. Materials and methods used for the house however, are a bit subpar, and while it's rated as an energy efficient home, I can't say it's amazing. Lots of flimsy materials used, but for the money we paid, I feel like we got a decent deal, especially in the Austin housing market. I'd recommend this for a first time homebuyer or a younger couple.

I felt the house was rushed , lots of cosmetic issue that can be avoided. Missing items

To slow building houses, that’s why people turn around and change their mind to buy a property. The finish touch of the properties are not professionally, such as back slight door not safe and get misplace every time is opening, worst outside water plumbing connection to the house, faucets, no compact flat terrain with the grass, ship materials to build up a house. Etc.

Great customer service when you have questions about anything for the new home.

I am happy with my new home overall. All of the staff I came across in the home buying process were great and very helpful. I appreciate the weekly updates and the quality of the home. I think the value for the price was good. The several phone calls to leave reviews were a little annoying, however.

This was our first home purchase and it went smooth with KB. The sales agent was friendly and helpful and all the appliances were modern. I'd go with KB again for future property purchases.

I Had a decent experience. Best part was how consistent the property manager at Carter landing Keri was. She was the best with keeping me informed of progress of the home while it was being built . I didn’t care for how inconsistent the superintendent was. Seemed like he was overwhelmed with his work load. He could use an assistant covering so many communites

Overall a good homebuying experience. Very modern design and good quality materials. I did have some issues with the customer service rep for some minor warranty claims though.

And now today only two people came. We still have a small hole in our calk above the shower. This is unacceptable and they need to fix it ASAP. Unfortunately that does t seem to be a priority and no one has come to fix that. We already used the shower so we are afraid if there is further damage. Get on the ball and fix this ASAP. Touch ups still have not been done as well :(

My husband and I enjoyed the process of buying our KB home as we received constant updates from Debbie and Theresa from the beginning, as well as coming onto the property to observe our home being built! The customer service representative, Luis, has been responsive and acts in a timely manner. Great team overall!

I was warmly respected from the beginning to end and now after too. KB built my family a home that I’m proud of .

My new home is great now that it's almost complete. The loan process was inefficient in that I continually had to send the same information to 2 different people working on the same thing. The sales team and design studio staff were top notch and very helpful. The construction manager is stretched out across multiple neighborhoods and has hard time keeping control. Therefore my house was incomplete on closing day and made what is supposed to be a great day, a super stressful day. The quality and value of my new home is great,

Rooms are a little bigger than expected which is great.

They were so in sync It has to be a culture a way of daily business to support, to care ,and to share their time and experience to make this a great experience!!!

COVID put all timelines behind but we are very happy with our choice to buy from KB.
