Great Experience From KB Homes!! Highly Recommended

I was let down from finance to the construction part of it…Jodie Hill the sale rep was amazing….don’t get me wrong the home is beautiful but poor execution…still have issues that are popping up and the old issues not fixed yet….I would only buy a KB home again if it was the only builder in the area that’s it

Great overall experience from the KB sales and construction teams. Very dissatisfied with Kb home lending and their lack of responsiveness. Home move in was delayed, movers rescheduled, and my work had to be rescheduled. Cost me thousands of $$$ due to mismanagement of my loan closing process.

Overall, it was a great, smooth experience.

From start to finish the experience was wonderful! Highly recommended everyone to go with KB regardless of if it’s your first of fifth time buying a home!!!

It was a smooth experience. Everyone from the Construction Manager, to the Sales Rep, to the Mortgage loan people, they were all great. Very attentive and professional. Always looking out for the best interest of the buyer. Very personable and great to deal with. They took care of everything and I’m glad I came with KB Homes. Dealing with Rogers, Sarah, and Sylma, it was awesome! Thank you!

One stop shopping. Buying, mortgage services and homeowners insurance all from KB and its affiliate companies was great. Michelle and Dia in loans super. Chris in construction knowledgeable and quick to respond.

The building process was fun and done within a great timeframe. For me, the design studio was the best part, there's something very special and unique about picking every single thing that will be in your home. Enjoy the process while it's happening because it moves fast!

Well we had been through a lot that year so the communication from Martin and Dalton kept our spirits up and the follow up was more than we could ever ask for. Even after the move in Dalton has been around offering to take care of any issues. Nothing like coming home to my house. God Bless

The KB Construction team very awful, very nightmarish. They are not very communicative, not cooperative to give the KB-promised quality. I am still very disappointed because of construction. The home could have been better • The bay window was lopsided by 1 inch on the right, .5 on the left. They built and set the window crooked. • The bay window itself was replaced 4 times because KB kept placing broken windows. • 4 windows and 1 mirror had scratches • The moisture barrier was missing for almost 8 months • Construction failed inspection twice, there were 3 broken truss and 3 unsecured joints. KB Construction was not fixing it until I almost cancelled my deal. • The closing date was pushed 3 times, total construction time was 10 months (much longer than expected) • I wasn’t provided a closing date, my bank told me • The garage roof has a hole that lets car gasses in. • The fence is not spaced evenly and the wood is molded • The front door was not adjusted properly • The windows were not draining water appropriately, there was water stored in the walls • The ground elevation was not accurate, water pools in random places • Most cabinets were broken and not replaced. • There were no weekly meetings or updates, I had to go EVERYDAY to see progress • Our kitchen upgrade sink is scratched and pools water • SherwinWilliams said KB gave a lower quality wrong color paint for the exterior there’s a few more things for structure integrity, still was not to what KB promised. Troy from the Warranty Team is very attentive and good, he’s been trying to improve everything Construction has ignored. I am very thankful for Troy and the Warranty Team. Overall My experience was Good from beginning to End.

I had a great experience. Everyone was so responsive to any questions or concerns.

We still have so much work left to do, we have a whole framing work in the front, a shower door that still needs to be replaced, cabinet replacement, floorboard work upstairs, floor work downstairs, and plugs not working in multiple places. These are big projects to fix after we moved in, especially since they were supposed to get fixed before when we had an inspection done. I first praised George for helping to give us a garage for the opener and helping with the move-in date. But I can't overlook to constant issues and I have been disappointed. I have always heard things about KB Home or houses similar to KB, proving the rumors right. I am a first-time buyer and I would not want an experience like this for anyone. ... More

The staff at kb home was great. The only concern I had was some issue with home that look like some items seem to be cheap or not install correctly.

After moving in, I honestly won’t buy another house through kb. I find that they are a very cheap company. With materials. We paid a decent amount of many for this house and we had to get the bare minimum. For certain things shouldn’t have been counted as an upgrade and others is just common sense to do. We are stuck in this house so eventually we will do for our self and what should have been done to begin with. I will say that the workers are nice, and I liked the fact that they helped with lying down payment ext. but if I could go back, I’d be looking else where.

Still waiting on drawer for guest bath. Move date 3/19/2021 2 months still waiting

My experience with KB Homes was wonderful. My construction leader Mike kept me up to date with the building process every Friday.

Each employee and person tried their absolute beet to give us a custom built home and make the process as simple and special as it could be. Very happy with the value and purchase of home

An Excelente buying process experience

First off, I wasn't a fan ok KB Homes but the "Stonegate Community".... if this is what KB plans to build their home going forward, then they about to be some rich home builders. Don't take my word for it, take a trip over to "StoneGate" Summerlin. And see what all you get for the money you spend......

KB built me a beautiful house for a good price. Other builders may be more expensive and have more “add-one” included, but in the end the value and quality was top notch. Another thing, the project management team was excellent in providing a true boots in the ground status regardless of what headquarters was projecting and bevel led me to believe something false.
