We had weekly calls, could always reach out to someone with questions. Design center was great, especially working with Teresa B. Mark in sales was always helpful. Enrique is amazing! Very informative, and his walk throughs were detailed, and always took time to answer any and every question, down to what cleaning supplies he recommended.

I really like it . Everything is perfect

Honestly right now it isn’t going well.. I asked for a brand new house which I got thanks to you guys and we love it!! But the issue right now is the house got done about a month ago and were having bugs issues and there’s nothing really going on to fix the issue. My wife has been waiting for a phone call back since Monday and nothing has happened. A little disappointed.

The builder does not know how to lay down sod .My yard is currently a ankle hazard and can't cut without the lawn mower coming to an abrupt stop in various areas because of uneven areas and holes.

the building team was and is amazing. they are the reason I recommended kb homes in the state of florida.

Save yourself the heartache and look elsewhere. Workmanship is poor and sloppy. Never knew we would have so many issues with our brand new home. The community is great which is the only redeeming quality. It’s just unfortunate the home quality does not reflect the price you pay.

For new home buyer, do your own the research for all the question that might have, do not ask the loan office or sale person.

I got good responses about issues and KB came to fix them. KB is a trustworthiness builder and I like the model I bought very much. I bought a new house about 20 years ago and I feel the quality of workmanship is not as good as my previous house.

My home buying experience with KB was a gray experience! I was provide with great customer service through the entire process, and even after closing!

It was a good one. Will recommend friends and family.

Had a very bad experience with the whole crew from Sales to Lending

Great overall experience! We had 2 different superintendents during the build process, the first ended up leaving to a different community after the first month or so. Either way both GREAT at what they do! My main superintendent has been on top of everything even after the move in/ closing date! Very satisfied and it’s great to know that when I have a issue pop up little or big, he is always on it and there to help!

My overall experience was pretty exceptional, although buying a home is exciting, (before and after), my “team” went above and beyond my expectations. Rhonda(sales) , Sandra (processing) and Chad (construction) ALL deserve more than 5 stars .

Not all options were disclosed at studio appointment. But other than that everything was great!

The whole process was way easier than I thought it was going to be.

Overall, the quality of the build is great. Because the house is so basic, you're inclined to upgrade a bit. Decided to upgrade light fixtures in bathrooms and dining room. Big mistake. The bathroom fixtures were not centered to the sink and are closer to the wall. So much for having a design element. In addition, We were stuck getting a Lot that we didn't want, but agreed to it because we were told we could build a certain design on that lot (Farmhouse), which is the design we wanted out of the four choices. Two days later, we were told that we could no longer have the Farmhouse and that we had to have a certain style (Italian) because supposedly the plans were already submitted to the City. I feel like the plans would have had to be submitted much earlier if that were the case and that the Sales Agent must have known it was an Italian lot before telling us we could get a Farmhouse. Unfortunately, not being able to choose the style of home really messed with our experience as it's an option that is used to entice buyers to purchase with KB. The home wasn't 100% ready when we moved in, but the Superintendents (I went through 3 in the span of the 6 month build/purchase process) did follow up to make sure our concerns/questions were answered after moving in.
