Since starting the whole process everyone is not only friendly but takes care of whatever things are needed. The whole team fights for a perfect score and to make sure that any possible mistakes are corrected and that they earn your trust and approval. I’ve met few companies that are driven like the people that have built our home. We appreciate all that they have done!

Hope F. helped me with all the financing info and paperwork to secure the loan. If I didn’t have her help to do this I don’t think I could have done that process by myself. Hope was AMAZING! I would definitely recommend purchasing from KB Homes to anyone. I know the experience may differ from location to location, but based on my experience all of the personnel that I dealt with were kind, curious, professional, and knowledgeable in all areas that one would expect. They never hesitated to answer any questions even if it meant taking the time to research and find the answer. The quality of the home is amazing. They built a strong and beautiful house for our family.

1st, I myself build homes for a living, and I learned a lot from KB about great service! The communities are amazing, especially for the price. The build quality is great for the price point, and much better than other builders in this price range. With every week we become happier with our home and I want to thank KB for selling it to us, especially in this market (2021).

The total experience was pretty easy for a new build. This is the best investment we've ever done. To build from the ground up was an amazing experience. The most fun part of the build was creating our home, from the floor, fixtures, layout, wiring. It took longer than expected but thats because of the Pandemic. Over all, we would do this build to order again. Thank you KB for creating our dreams on paper come to life.

KB Homes is really affordable homes

KB was amazing and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. I’m a first time homebuyer and they made everything on my side feel effortless. They were direct and honest with their intentions and delivered me a beautiful home. Highly recommend!

So as far as quality of materials and workmanship the only reason I am giving it a 4 stars instead of five is for three reasons. I really wish you had an upgrade option for sheathing to be real osb (t-ply was used). I am a builder I know it would be very easy to cut a hole in hardie and get into an unoccupied house. The second would be the paint. Painters are one of the hardest trades to get right imo. Runs, holidays, and drips happen I get it double checking these is extremely important and correcting them as well. The third would be drywall. I am just getting use to the knockdown drywall that is so prevalent in texas offer a level 4 drywall as an upgrade option. It makes all the hard work show in your homes. Our superintendent was very professional and knowledgeable. He worked tirelessly to make sure my family and I were satisfied. Caesar did a great job accommodating me and I will definitely refer my friends and family to you guys from now on. Amie was great she absolutely made sure through the whole process we were updated and informed she is a valued assets to your company. Our experience was great the willingness and satisfaction was amazing if there was a problem it got resolved fast. I can say that KB homes is all about customer service and making the customer feel great about their purchase.

My opinion is any house with four bedrooms need to have three bathrooms because with two bathrooms not enough for their family and guests.
