Overall since this is my second kb that I have gotten built I think it was an great experience.

I have had a great experience with everyone who has worked with me at KB Homes. I bought my Townhome 5 months ago. I was able to upgrade my home and pick out what i wanted. Andi in the sales office was so nice and amazing to work with. She made the whole process of buying a home easy. Sal has helped me with everything after i moved in. When i call him to come over to help fix something he responds right away. Sal and Andi have been there the whole time since i bought my Townhome. The quality of the home is not what i expected. Gena our sales lady was very knowledgeable and attentive to our needs and questions and very thorough during the purchase process of our new home.

Great home we have been in for over a month. Everyone has been great. Mike did a great job meeting all our needs. He is over stressed with all the houses being built, but still found time to help us. Including helping me unload cargo from my truck.

Very good service, some areas of the process need to improve on their response times.

Ask questions even the ones you think are common sense, because when I finally moved in I was shocked that stuff I thought was common and found in almost every apartment was not available. I still haven't unpacked my bathroom because I don't have any where to put my stuff because nobody advised to upgrade to cupboards with drawers. Very frustrating.

KB Home is a great builder. You wont find the same quality anywhere else. The whole build process was a great experience and very engaging from start to to finish!

Prices of the house are good, however materials not so fascinating. Please be thorough while doing the upgrade option.

We had a great experience building our new home with KB Homes. The quality of the work is excellent, and everything turned out just the way we hoped. After moving in, there were a few small issues that came up, and while communication was a little delayed at times, everything was eventually taken care of and resolved. Overall, we’re very happy with our new home. A special shoutout to Eli, Charles, Tasha — they were amazing to work with! Friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. Would definitely recommend KB Homes to anyone looking to build a home.

Overall, the home buying process was seamless. The KB home team was very professional and communicated with me throughout the entire process. I have encountered some minor issues where some has been addressed due to contractor errors. There are some that I have encountered and are awaiting resolution. In comparison to some of the horror stories that I have heard I am thankful for only minor problems. I do get a third party inspection and will get another closer to my one year mark.

The finance team was the best part as they went above and beyond any questions I had. They were right on and transparent with all costs.

Experience was okay, first time buying a new home.

The whole process went pretty smoothly, and we’re very happy. There are some minor issue with the house after the closing, and it’s been taking long to solve them.

I submitted to HOA for approval of fencing the first week of May. It is the first week of July and I’m told it will be up to another 45 days for a decision. This is unacceptably. It appears the HOA management company, AAM is not here to help And support the buyer but is here to “CONTROL” the buyer. It spoils an otherwise beautiful experience

Make sure to view ur home and have all work done before move in

KB team set a record in closing our home to beat Christmas deadlines. Minor workmanship issues will be tallied and shared at ten-month home inspection. Landscape issues - sod appreciated but poorly installed, yard not graded well. Slow response from HOA on getting backyard shed approved - still waiting!

The overall team's dedication and genuine care to help the customer was very impressive. Although there were some hiccups along the road, the overall experience is nothing short of a customer service-oriented company. The only negative I would mention is the materials used to build the house do not feel/appear premium, in addition "price paid" for some of the house upgrade options were very high for what you got. I felt many of the things should have been standard offerings but I was charged a high price tag, unfortunately. If you're looking to get a lot of upgrades I strongly recommend trying to do it yourself instead of paying the premium price tag through KB Home. ... More
