I like how they kept me involved in the entire building process!!!

We have had 21 warranty issues from structural to Flooding, to stress fractures in drywall, too many to list. The list has been submitted many times and only 7 items have been completed. Can't get any service from Whirlpool for the dishwasher and its still sitting on our carpet and floor haven't been installed. We are very disappointed in the Customer Service area of KB.

final corrections took way to long, over 30 days to correct from final walk thru.

From the beginning they were so welcoming and professional. Always kept us updated with the progress and overall just outstanding customer service. They truly went above and beyond for us and made us feel very safe about our first purchase.

KB homes has been a builder for decades now and it's in many markets around the country. I might be wrong but I think they use to be called Keller or Kelley Broug or something like that. Guess they shorten it for people just like me. Anywho they always stood for good quality and service and it looks like that much about them remains the same. I love the diversity in people they choose to represent them and I love the same diversity I see as my good neighbors. All of them are hardworking and down to earth, and they always seem to be there to help. It takes me back to a time when you would call a business and someone on the other end would actually pick up the phone and say... " Hi how can we help you!" This has been a wonderful experience from beginning to end, I worked with a great team and I’m very satisfied with the home. I have no complaints! I would do it again!

Good experience buying a KB Home. Love the house, but sloppy work from contractors. Slow process getting defects fixed.

Home still has a few things that need to be fixed: Garage does not work. Patio ceiling fan does not work. Faucet water smells horrible

The way that the KB team worked with us was incredible. We would recommend KB to our friends and family if they choose to move down here into the Orlando area for sure.

Great value and customer service.

Jayson and Jason, both superintendents were very helpful as well as on top of everything that was needed to be addressed. Both were very easy to talk to as they took care of everything as if it was their own homes.

KB personal are professional and issues are fixed in a timely manor. Only complaint is the number of cosmetic issues the home owner is left to fix and lack of attention to detail. Overall would recommend. Wish the options seen in the model home were offered during build. Large amount of poles, boxes, and in ground panels will need creative landscaping to cover in the front yard, could've at least been placed in a straight line not scattered. Beautiful exterior and Floorplan. Left with a few projects to fix rushed work on the inside but nothing that has caused major issues.

It was stressful at first, (first home) but the David & John put my mind at ease. As the house was being built, I received weekly updates, including pictures. When it was time for the final inspection, John made sure I understood that I had to be 100% satisfied with the house before closing. David has come by and John has called after I moved in to make sure everything is ok. I'm very happy with my house.

The entire process was smooth and easy going. Setting up appointments and even late night phone calls were available to myself and my wife per our work schedule.

SALE AGENT AND CONSTRUCTION MANAGER GAVE AN EXCELLENT SERVICE JUST THE CONCRETE CONTRACTOR DID A TERRIBLE JOB. TWO ISSUES: GARAGE FLOOR WITH HOLDS AND STEPS STOOP IN THE BACKYARD

I'm very impressed and happy with the "smart technology" installed in the homes.

It was a very long process. From being pre-approved in early August until receiving our home in late March. Understandably with the pandemic going on the KB team in Santa Paula had a very tough job breaking bad news after bad news. From time lines being pushed back, to our entire 1st floor windows and slider being smashed in. But, we kept our hopes up and trusted Christian (at the Santa Paula location). He told us everything was going to be taken care of and done the right way. Now we are very happy in beautiful house, so I thank you and your team.

Marcia in the sales department has been amazing. She communicated with us in a timely manner through out the buying process and continues to do so as we settle into our new home. Thank you.
