Awesome experience and very attentive to home owners!

This is my second home from KB and both buying experience have been amazing. Both times I was able to buy a new build within my price range. I truly believe if your looking to purchase a new home for a great price use KB homes. I will definitely tell al my friends and family.

Our experience with KB definitely had its highs and lows. In the beginning of the build there was a bit of a foul taste and when considering communication from the studio the thought to pull out crossed our minds several times. It's really unfortunate the staff in the studio was not on point with descriptions and lacked in depth knowledge of options; their lacking lead to issues with construction and our overall satisfaction. We were fortunate enough to have a realtor, Shae Nickerson, that operated with what we wanted in mind from day one, up to and past closing. We were also blessed to be assigned Phil as our construction supervisor who honestly turned our experience all the was around and increased the star ratings. Phil was phenomenal, patient, responsive, responsible, open minded, diligent, thorough, thoughtful and hands down the best person to see our build to completion and then some; Phil definitely earned his kudos and 5 stars for responsiveness. Overall great process from start to finish in building our home. The design phase was definitely the best part. Updates as time progressed went well and though the timeline was underdelivered, it still worked out. The mortgage was the best it could have been and I am thankful for it.

Excellent service and responsiveness throughout the home buying and building process!

After the purchase of my home was completed, the issues that were remaining to be resolved have still not been resolved fully and it’s been 3 1/2 months. I can’t get anybody to respond to my messages even though they told me they will stay connected with me for six months and that they won’t forget me just because the purchase is completed. I have learned that that is not true

I did have an issue with the garage door opener, but it was addressed quickly.

My house is very well built, excellent finishes. Jeff, Tony and Rafael kept me informed of the construction process at all the times and delivered my house on time. Highly recommended.

Everyone was friendly and understanding. They listened to my questions and concerns and worked together to resolve any problems. The team was great, everyone did what they promised to do and more. The whole process was nice and smooth. By far the best team I’ve worked with!

Everyone we worked with from KB was super helpful and eager to help! Any questions or concerns we had through the process were addressed quickly and taken care of. The home came out beautiful and we are so pleased!

The finish of the house was not done well. It’s like the project manager didn’t even review the final finish. If I have to go and am able to see easily spotted problems then it shows that the usually expect to have the buyer have to do the checking for them which is not a good practice. I also complained about bugs getting through the side of the walls on the house. A few weeks later and I am seeing ants come from behind the stove and out of one of my electrical outlets in the kitchen. The garage cement finish was also terribly done. There are cracks all over and this is probably due to a rushed job. The amount of cracks and length is not your “average” dry cracks it’s a lot of them. KB homes acts like their gifting their houses away to the customer, they act like I’m not paying over 280k because if they did they would at least try to solve the issues told them. ... More

Great experience working with the sales team.

James and Blake were great throughout the whole process. We were kept apprised of the status along the way. And any concerns were addressed in a timely manner.

The whole process from start to finish was amazing.

From the sales team, design studios team, our mortgage loan originators, superintendent for the build. The whole experience was great for our first home purchase. They made this whole process a breeze. We couldn’t ask for a better team. We definitely made the right choice in choosing KB Home as our first home.
