Overall, the staff was very helpful and did a great job specially the construction manager and his name is John. John is very responsive with our house concerns. Rita & Maricela did a great job as well. Please always thank them for being a good source of KB. Overall, It was very nice to have a good staff and ensuring that you live in a comfortable place.

The sales staff and mortgage team CP and Cindy were awesome! Johnathan the construction super was very attentive and fast in responding. I have no issues with the Magnolia Grove jax KB team. I would say my issue is with the quality of the sheet rock and flooring construction sub contractors . They did not pay attention to details. Be sure to watch their work. Be sure that floors, walls, and windows are level and square- as ours was not. We have crooked and uneven walls windows floors and ceiling. Apart from the cosmetics, the house seems to be sturdy. The exterior looks perfect. I cannot complain about the design or construction of the outside. The only reason I gave 4 stars to responsiveness is because I used the KB 800 number to resolve warranty issues. They are pretty much useless. The KB construction super (Johnathan) deserves 10 stars for his fast response being to sole person responsible for rectifying our issues. The KB team we worked with were and are 100% trust worthy. This has been a wonderful home buying experience ever. Michelle and Sebastian are very professional and helpful. We are very pleased with their service and overall 100 % satisfied with their responsiveness and regular follow ups. Glad that we choose KB Home as our first dream home.

The construction was good, the house looks great. Some very small details needed to be fixed but they are working on it... Everything good.

The house is built well and don't have any issues.

I only been on the house a few weeks and so far a few minor details like scratches and paint touches that have appear but their response team have been awesome anything I'd have came across I let Devin know and he will responds and fix the issues right away.

Our new home had some issues that needed to be fixed and still a few things we noticed after our 10 day inspection period but what we did notice during the 10 days was promply fixed. The house overall is just as beautiful as ee imagined and we are very happy with it!

Stay in touch with the sales rep on a weekly basis, especially at closing time. They seemed to string us along and give us dates they were unable to achieve.

My site manager was a pleasure to work with.

Wonderful experience from sales to the mortgage process and final construction. Everyone at KB was outstanding!

Big furnitures and appliances can be difficult to set in place because of the 3 storey set up. The stack washer and dryer I bought is hefty in size and the room for it was challenging for the installation. The hookups are placed behind the stacked washer and dryer. It could have been easier if the hookups were placed on the side of the little room. If you will be doing the move yourself, have fun! It is doable of course. Other than that, my family and I love it here. It is a relaxing and comfortable place to be specially coming home from work.

My home is plan 3, Craftsman model. It's beautiful inside out. However, there are few things that I am not very happy with. The electric power for bedroom outlets is only 15 Amps and this electrical rating is not supporting enough for my portable electric heater. Also, there is one electric breaker is handling for 3 rooms such as bedrooms 2 & 3 and a bathroom 2. I am not very happy with this issue. When I complained, KB authorized person said it's conformed with city code. There is nothing they can help. I want to split or separate the power for those rooms into individual power or circuit breaker. Each room should have its own circuit breaker. Now if one bedroom uses the electric heater, then the other room can't. Overall, I am very happy with the model I chose. ... More

My hometown is in IL, where the real estate market is much more reasonable than it is in CO, so I found all builders prices outrageous! KB is the best value w/ the best customer service I've found; from the sales rep to the individuals throughout the entire process, you can't find more pleasant, helpful, patient people!

This was my first time purchasing in Arizona and buying a home from KB. This particular home was a spec home so I didn’t go through and experience the full building process. I can say that the representatives and builder superintendent have been extremely responsive. Since we’ve just been in home 2 months, we are still going through the house and finding small things to fix or improve upon. Some may be location specific to AZ climate as we are from the Midwest. Overall, very satisfied and would recommend.
