Good communication with the builder

We are enjoying our new KB home. Brad, the sales consultant, was phenomenal. He was very educated in KB homes. He kept us informed, and helped in the home buying process and any concerns we had, he got them fixed quick. The home looks beautiful. Chris, the superintendent, was very nice and built a wonderful home. He was attentive to any questions we had. The only negative we had was the design selection experience, but when I told them my concerns, they were very speedy on resolving the issues. After her resolution, I have been happy with the overall design. Our customer service consultant Heather was wonderful. She helped us learn about the home and all its features. It was a bit of a process, but both Janice and Trevor were great and very helpful in dealing with the stresses of purchasing the new home. Highly recommended.

KB Home team have fixed all the issues reported in a quick and promptly manner .

We had a couple water leak issues but the KB warranty staff and contractors were all very responsive in resolving the issues. Would recommend each new home has a 'deep cleaning' prior to new owner arrival as our home was dusty and floors not clean. Overall, i would have KB build another home for us. Sales staff and contractor were both very good!

Superintendent, Ian, no question the very BEST in class. Home studio consultant, Dixie - FANTASTIC. Home sales reps: Marshall and Jan B, top notch as well. Stay on top of the KB Loan team amd question everything they do and keep all your correspondence with them...watch out for duplicate requests

Winn & Juan V were fantastic! Easy buying process through Winn. Juan made sure the build was completed correctly and on time! Both men were extremely professional. Only issue we ran into was with funding... I would advise using an outside lender instead of KB (sorry not sorry).

Communication in the beginning could have been a little better, however, overall I feel I made a good decision. I love my new home.

Overall experience was good. Build quality of the homes are good. Builder can improve to provide more customizations and latest options (modern)

Overall great experience for first time home buyer

Overall, we have a great experience with our KB home purchase. It was very smooth. The Superintendent and his crews have been very helpful from day one. They are very responsive and accommodating. We know that we can always count on them to get things addressed promptly and professionally. The KB Customer service is also great and helpful. They promptly address our inquiries and concerns. However, our experience with KB Home Insurance agency has not been that great.

My husband and I really enjoyed the overall kb home process and going to the design studio was one our favorite parts. Our sales person, was the only time we had any issues on trusting what he said. We've learned to make sure to get answers in writing. The superintendent, customer service rep., and all the various builder companies involved were great to work with and made sure repairs/concerns were resolved. Getting our own inspector for the construction phase was such hassle as we, ended giving up and just pointed out major concerns.

I like my KB townhome a great deal and find that the building is high quality and the supervisor is extremely helpful as I transition through the buying, moving and living process. I am extremely disappointed in KB home loan who sold the loan within two weeks and the Second lending institution sold the loan again. Two months living here and three banks. It’s outrageous that customers have to go through the inconvenience of chasing banks to pay their mortgage. This needs to be rethought and changed to focus on the Customer/buyer experience and not the money grab that comes with the continuous selling of mortgage loans. I have no idea how many more times this loan will be sold. ... More

The sales and lending team were helpful and responsive throughout the buying process. Any issues we found upon move-in were addressed at our first month walkthrough. Energy star certification is a plus.

Love the house but had to wait 7 months for the build. Other houses in the neighborhood have gone up much faster. Like KB Home better than other builders in the area.

Wonderful new house, great craftsmanship, great value/price ratio. Spacious, all works, beautiful. We worked very hard for this for so many years, so now we are really happy to finally be able to settle down (our 1st own home).

We recently bought a home in a new KB Home community. We had never bought new construction before and it was an experience. We were downsizing and the process took much longer than expected as new wells had to be dug, approved and put on line. The design studio experience was enjoyable, picking our fixtures, cabinets, countertops, hardware, etc. gave us some choices to customize our home. The different staff members we dealt with were mostly attentive to our needs. There were many minor things that needed attention, but I guess that happens with new construction. I am pleased with their after sales customer service but not too much with the sales agent. She was a little inexperienced and unprofessional from time to time.

We bought this house between Nov 4th and Dec 14th. Fast and easy! I am very comfortable here and looking forward to many years more in it. Trey and Chad and the local team have been great.

I'm very happy with the house however after living there for a month we've got some issues with house. Heating is not working, nails protruding on the carpet and problem with bathroom door
