Everyone is kind and very helpful. If there are any issues, they do come and fix them (just sometimes it may take them a while to come fix it). KB Homes are very beautiful and nice. I love my new home. Thank you KB Homes.

Great neighborhood. No complaints

The sales staff, GC and other staff we worked with are nice and very helpful.

Materials used could be better. Example: The upgraded kitchen to "gourmet" kitchen only has a 30" hood and stovetop. Could have used a minimum of 36" instead. Would be better if the countertop would have had a 1'' to 1.5" trim instead of just a slab. It looks cheap. However, overall, team is great. The superintendent is very attentive to details of the construction of the home and walks you through the construction phases. The super responds very quickly to questions. I really enjoyed working with them!

I think that no other builder can beat KB in terms of price, value, and customer service. I do admit that the quality of materials and craftsmanship can be rough, crude, or careless depending on your luck, but KB's quick response and accountability makes up for it. And the competitive house prices also make up for it. I've been fortunate to work with some great people from the sales, to home design, to construction foreman. These people really live up to fulfilling the KB name. The only complaint I have is the high price of the options to add to the house. But overall, I'm very satisfied with the house. Overall, my total experience has been exceptional. From my initial time working with the sales team, until the final walk through. From visiting the design center to the closing. I could not have asked for a better experience for someone who is new to home ownership.

Everything with them was easy

The hole experience was fantastic, starting with the visit to the different home options and sizes, the lotes and the clubhouse. The design center is the best we have visited and the staff attitude is amazing. They finished the home a month earlier and everything was as promised.

KB Homes has done a very good job at educating the new home owner on the ins and outs of home ownership, and what to expect. We're impressed with the walk through done for the new home, as well as the education on the appliances, warranties, and things we may encounter as a part of owning a KB home. The quality of workmanship is good as well.

Your Sales Team and Construction Superintendent are excellent. They did all within their powers to accommodate the needs I had and close escrow as soon as possible. Yes, I will recommend KB Homes to my friends and family.

Experienced only minimal issues. Adrian has been, and continues to be, very helpful in resolving those issues. All sale and loan associates (Amy, Lionel and David) were very helpful.

Ryan was very helpful and thorough in our home buying experience

We love the Covington floor plan! The kitchen has tons of cabinets and the island is huge. The combined family/dining/kitchen room is huge, yet very cozy. The master bedroom is cozy yet holds our king bed and three large pieces of furniture with ease. And the master closet is basically the size of a small bedroom. KB landscaped nicely and our driveway holds four cars easily, unlike all the others we looked at. Overall, very pleased!

The experience was amazing going to see your house built every weekend picking out everything yourself and everyone was so helpful.

So pleased, comfortable & blessed to have our own stand alone home with garage after years of living in army quarters. Nicest, reliable people to work with - we are really home sweet home!!
