getting discrepancies fixed in a timely manner would be the only thing that would make this experience most excellent. we've been in property 40 days, still waiting for thing to get finished.

Overall, the sales experience was a delight and I can't speak highly enough of Tanya and other members of the KB crew I have had dealings with. The floor plan is perfect for my needs and it's a wonderful area, neighborhood and neighbors. While I understand the current labor and supply issues have taken their toll and caused delays, there has been considerable post-signing lack of communication and getting issues resolved that - IMHO - shouldn't be that major of an issue. I keep hearing "we're working on it," "I'll get back to you." Yet they don't. Yada, yada, yada. My advice? Don't close until all is finished to your satisfaction. Otherwise it might be months before those literally minor but important issues that you have paid for are finally resolved. ... More

1st time home buyer, no complaints other than from KB financing team. They are like used car salesmen. Constantly calling after I told them we went through an outside company. One week I got 8 calls by 5 different people... Annoying and very unnecessary.

Nicole was the highlight of our home buying experience. She put forth all the effort to ensure our family would be taken care of through the home buying process. Home quality is up to standard with only minor issues that have been getting resolved in a timely manner. I would recommend KB for new home buyers.

Once I moved in I started to see some poor craftsmanship on the drywall nothing major but irritating to look at. Over all good starter home

Many cosmetic and quality control issues at walkthrough that have still yet to be addressed even after filing warranty claims

Harvey and Daniel were great to work with very responsive. Bryce however was not. He mad an error in paperwork that took over one month to fix, never responded to emails calls or texts, needed to contact Harvey in sales with any issues. Delayed final walkthrough and receiving keys due to paperwork issues he created. Lied about submitting paperwork a day before he actually submitted paperwork, very displeased working with him.

Communication was horrible when it came to updates or just anything in general. I had to ask what was going on or if anything had changed. It got to the point where I took the initiative and checked on my own with the permits, construction, etc. I love my home but the experience could have been a lot better. Not to mention my home was delayed for over 30 days because of the first superintendent leaving and nobody gave notice to the homeowners about it.

Overall home buying experience through KB was good. The quality of work not so good.. no way I should have a brand new home I closed in the summer of this year and my Air Conditioning unit isn’t working properly at all… KB prides itself on energy efficiency but I can’t tell when my energy and money is going out thru the roof..

The whole process was a fun experience. This was our first new build and getting to see each stage was neat. The office staff communicated regularly with updates and was always available for questions even after office hours or their days off. Some things weren't completed upon acceptance and almost 2 months later they still are not. Things are in the works but I can't give a full 5 stars since the time frame discussed has come and gone. I'll be very patient and understanding of the process as long as they continue their open communication.

The buying experience was great. However, I placed a couple of work orders in and haven't received a response. It's been a couple of weeks.

The Sales and Home Decor Depts were great. However, the Project Manager for the build failed to do a thorough quality check as some things were left undone or not done right. A bathroom is missing a screen, cabinetry was not sealed properly nor the counter top slab. Additionally, a vent started to fall from the ceiling we’re it was revealed that the hole was cut improperly and had to be replastered. I’m still waiting on my screen and counter top to be repaired.

The people that we interacted with throughout the process were all so friendly and helpful.

Week of purchasing home, air conditioner stopped working due to contractors putting nail holes in the copper tubing. Contract laborers below par - woooden fence in back yard 7" from ground with jagged, uneven edges gaps. Patio foundation has cracks after two months. Siding on windows not completed. Gap on trim of front door inside home where the ceiling meets the door. These are just a few items. Still waiting for more items to be addressed by Builder. Thankful to have a home but wondering if should have gone through another builder.

Our house is very nice and we are satisfied overall, but quality of some of the base options for the home are ridiculously cheap and undesirable as compared to KB Homes' competitors. Options are over priced. The actual build materials leave something to be desired as they tend to feel flimsy and low quality. I am basing my opinion on a comparison to Lennar. The only reason we chose KB over lennar is because the lot sizes in our new community met our needs better than those in Lennars new communities like over at Shadow Rock.

The sales process was very easy and the sales representative was 1 of the reason we went with the community.

The build process was pretty good. However, getting things truly finalized has been challenging. Little issues that we all knew needed to be fixed or corrected have taken a really long time to complete and communication on progress and status of those issues has been slow.

Office staff very knowledgeable and helpful. Design center staff also great

Supply chain and lack of workers made things difficult. Not KBs fault.

Very friendly staff. Finish work was sloppy however and things seemed like they were rushed in the home. Overall we love our home! And the people involved were so helpful

The sales office, lender and contractors were all amazing. Each and every one of these people made what would normally be a stressful event, more reassuring and calming. They built our home in the timeline that we really needed. They kept us updated throughout the entire process.

The process of purchasing the house made it easier with the help of rom Kelly Hasawy to Diana Vargas. I understand due to Covid19 everything was on hold and late but with the reassurance, everything made it possible.
