Affordable home price, great home layout for retirees like us, good , quite, peaceful , secured location close to our favorite casinos, not too far from Las Vegas strip

KB homes was wonderful to work with. The entire team, sales, design, loan, and construction superintendents were awesome to work with. Jose provided updates weekly wirh pictures! Ikaika and Jeff are personable and made us feel very comfortable whenever we visited our house under construction. All around what a fantastic experience
