We are pleased with our home. I wish I could've had a different backdoor but overall we're satisfied.

Check the quality of materials.

If I was to build another house in another area I would definitely look to see if KB Homes was building in that area.

The overall experience of Buying a KB home was very smooth from start to finish. We did the financing and even got the homeowners insurance through KB home simply because they have such well integrated systems. We are really excited to have such a well built home for the value.

The staff at Paseo Del Mar are friendly and make themselves available to you as much as possible. They are not only knowledgeable but also mindful of the concerns buyers have.

Don't use KBhome. The workmanship is very messy. They build fast and that leaves a lot of room for mistakes and carelessness

Do a more thorough final walk through.

At the beginning I was worried because the bad reviews they had years ago so I took the chances and it turned out great thank you KB

I’ve watched many renovation shows where the homeowner ran into unexpected expenses when renovating their home. Being the first owner means you know the home is built to code and nobody cut any corners. You’ll save money in the long run because your house was built right the first time.

Loved the communication throughout the process and after closing.

Purchasing process was very smooth.

They should slow down a bit to maintain the quality of the craftsmanship. They rushed just to get it complete and get paid. Understandable, but bad idea.

The service was great. The building materials was great. The price for the home was a good price. Wish could of been at least a little more discount would been excellent but over all good.

After the sell our customer service rep was here anytime we needed. He is most caring as is the rest of the staff. Jeff has always been most helpful before turning it over to Brett!

Beautiful designs of homes, but the quality of the materials used interior/exterior was not satisfactory. Also, some structure choices are questionable when it comes to sound deadening.

Everyone I have worked with has been great. This is my first home to own, so it has been a great experience.
