KB has affordable houses and they are all very updated with new technology. However, things in my home were rushed and not done correctly. From un level windows and light-switches (yes noticeably crooked) to a water main bursting in the first two weeks. I do give KB kudos for actively fixing all the issues but still the headache of contractors coming in to my new home to fix things during COVID has been annoying. The customer service team is responsive and proactive because they know that the workers who built the homes did not do so to standard. All new homes have issues that need to be worked through understandably, and Gary (customer service guy) is great at assuring me things will be fixed. I wanted to share and thank KB homes and especially the builders for the hard work they put together to accomplish our new Dream House in Lake Lucerne that we are very proud of it. As a first-time homeowner moving from Puerto Rico. I purchased the build to contract home while being deployed in California. And made it so much easy and simple. Especially when the pandemic started in April everything was done virtual including the showroom. The builder’s project manager was very professional, amazing and, would go out of his way to assist us through the pre-construction virtual meeting with our expectations, floor plan design, building process of permits, weekly updates, pics during all stages, always kept us informed throughout the full construction. We also really enjoyed our final walkthrough inspection with the Builder they were very thorough interior, exteriors the quality and detailed was awesome. The worst construction crew (Hector) Ernesto was helpful.

That to stay on top of all inspections so that they do not run into water leaks. Then have to have home ripped up so the can dry and repair. Also.make sure all parts are there for any appliances they buy fom KBhomes.

KB Homes is so professional and attentive to our needs. They truly made us feel special and valued customers. I’m so glad we chose to work with them on building our first brand new home.

KB home is was amazing throughout the process. I am a first time home buyer and I could had not chosen anything better than KB home as my first home purchase. I got constant updates on how the house was coming along. Nothing beats seeing your dream home being built right in front of your eyes.

Houses are expensive but also we need more upgrades which makes more expensive,,..working with the team of KB is great, it’s our first experience for home..we are satisfied..thank you

Great house, great location, wish there was more attention paid to details of craftsmanship

Why buy a 30-40 year old house when you can get a brand new one at lesser/same price. A wide array of products available from condos to townhomes to single family homes. The community at Communication Hills is young and active with a lot of folks going out on walks late in the night with pets and children (safe neighborhood). Material quality is good and customer service post move in is amazing too.

Everything moved along in a blink of an eye. The entire process was very good. The loan processor was design desk consultant and build site contractor were exceptional. My only wish is for a better conversation when setting up the build. We didn't recognize it wasn't what we thought it was until it had walls. Very odd how much you can assume in the process without even noticing. I'd suggest the actual build site contractor be part of that stage to ensure educated customers and reduce misunderstandings.

Sales people and construction manager are top notch, very attentive to any concerns we had.

From selecting a plot to completing the house KB homes has amazing customer service. We would whole heatedly recommend them!

The group here in castle rock is just amazing!

We love our house, but we had to move quickly so the walk through was fast and now we are seeing small details. The main issue that we had/have is some of the light fixtures and fire alarms are popping off.

Awesome Builder that made sure the entire process was smooth and kept us updated on the status of our home.

This is the first time I have built a new home. I have enjoyed it so far and any issues that I have had have been resolved quickly. KB folks on site have been friendly and responsive.

KB was very attentive to all of our questions and took the time to walk us through our options for purchase with no hassle. Mick was with us from build to move-in and beyond and Pam made sure we were getting the best service and attention!

Construction process went well. Mortgage and closing was not good

The builder used good quality materials.
