Staffs who worked with me are very professional and friendly.

Good location, materials are of good quality. Completed a couple extra items at no charge. The worksite was kept clean I am happy with the home I purchased.

The journey was hard but we all make it through and I love my brand new house very much. Thank you to everyone.

Issue have still yet to be resolved even after did the last survey. You would think they would jump right it after my last survey. There is really no sense of urgency to resolve my concerns.

Affordable homes, nice hill views and prime location

KB Homes's onsite staff in the Circuit community provided outstanding support to me and my family as we moved in to the new home and helped to resolve our concerns/ issues. Prior to the completion of construction, staff kept us informed with photos of the progress in construction on a weekly basis. Once we moved in, staff accomodated our requests for minor repair and installation in the house.

How nice the staff was across the board.

I think with KB Homes having the whole buying experience inclusive within the process was helpful although not letting my Real estate agent communicate with the lenders was kind of frustrating. I had to learn the whole buying process alone through out steps with my agent in the background advising me. So there was a lot of back and forth. But at the end everything turned out great and I am really happy with my new home! Also the design studio with Jennifer and the ladies that helped me was probably the best part! Timely response to concerns and questions. Pleasant experience dealing with representatives.

From first meeting Jacquelyn, our sales expert to the builders, Ray ...and Warranty expert Kerlyn..I can say that KB Homes has impressed me and my family astronomically!! These individuals pride themselves in their professions and it shows. they represent KB Homes well!! Our home is amazingly beautiful and suited for our taste. We are extremely blessed and happy. Thank you for making our dreams come true!!

All staff needs to communicate with buyer more often.

My experience with KB Homes was great from beginning to the end. The team of people that helped with the process were amazing and professional. I recommend KB Homes to anyone looking to build their new home.

The people we have dealt with have been great. The attention to detail of the final product needs more quality control. We have had some minor issues that probably should have been caught in the building process.

Everyone we worked with during the home building process was easy to work with and timely with their responses. I’d definitely work with them in the future!

It’s was a smooth process. We felt our time was actually taken into consideration and at no point did we feel we were making a rushed purchase.

The salesperson we dealt with was not forthcoming about the true price of the home or the options we would be getting in the home. Our concerns were not addressed properly until we reached out to higher management on our own as our sales agent would not do it. Once we tried to be made whole and expressed the concern to her manager, there was nothing done about it and we were made to feel like it was our fault and we were stuck. Outside of the sales agent and her boss that we dealt with, everyone else was great. Especially the project manager/builder. Buying and building in the age of COVID is challenging. Our initial salesperson was laid off just as we were set to sign and the transition created misunderstandings. The building process was occasionally frustrating as I wanted to understand the end to end process and various steps along the way. Weekly I asked what work was slated. As a retired project manager, it would have been nice if the project plan was shared so i could better understand and anticipate. Also, during the build our home was struck by a lumber delivery truck. The phase 1 construction manager (Gilbert) failed to properly address my concerns.
