My overall experience was OK The builder personnel were pleasant. Improvement can be demonstrated with "Attention to Detail!" You do not expect to do upkeep work on your new home. Loose door knobs (I have tightened them already) Paint spots on the floor Stains on the shower floor Paint over spray on some bathroom fixtures Baseboard Trim could be touched up. The floors were not thoroughly clean (Chalky, dusty) Floor Trim on the thresholds poorly painted Island Light Fixtures needed cleaning Outdoor covered porch ceiling needs painting Covered Porch ceiling light has a gap (potential bug entry) Lawn poorly presented, needs fertilizer and Nitrogen Some sod is dead due to rocks in the soil Decorative wood piece on Island is lose (Needs to be fixed) Calking or Paint on the out sliding glass doors needs to be removed and painted. Front Porch Ceiling needs painting AC has an unusually loud hum to it. Water Bill expense for lawn watering ... More

It was a fairly simple buying experience.

My overall experience was pretty good. Any issues or concerns I had the Project manager made sure these things were addressed.

Last Sunday for the first time we were going to use the washer and is not working. It doesn't start.

Alvaro was the Construction Super for my home in Shoreline Park. He was very attentive and responsive to all my questions. He thoroughly explained each step of the construction process to ensure I understood. He was very responsive to my calls and emails. Alvaro was also proactive in letting me know about any delays (some issues beyond the control of KB Homes) so I could take appropriate measures to minimize impact to scheduling for close and moving. I felt well informed through the whole construction period. KB honored their comitents related to appraisal values and financing incentives to ensure I was getting maximum value for my home purchase. Buying a new home that is brand new, was a great experience. We had the opportunity to upgrade a few options, the builders were generous in delivering a few of those wants. overall, very pleased and will definitely let others know.

The process was worth the wait.

Sales person Gabby was great, as well as the closing staff at the closing offices. The last construction manager we dealt during the final days of construction was also very helpful.

Very helpful until you close. Then they ghost you

The process was ok. The homes are builder grade nice, but can really be outstanding if you upgrade certain things. The staff is nice. Everyone is kind and friendly….understanding and patient. A good company to work with. The made a first time home buying experience go smooth.

Day 1 to after buying home All the team members are approachable Thomas, Susan great team

Things happened after we moved in 2 weeks. 1. My garage floor concrete is cracking. 2. The sides of the windows have cracked. 3. The sprinkler system is running irregularly. I have reported these issues to customer service but nothing has been resolved.

Good service and very attentive

Overall the home buying process was great. Any questions that we had were quickly answered and any concerns were addressed. Our advice for new home buyers would be to not be shy about reaching out with any questions and attend/schedule all non-mandatory meetings. Choosing our designs was harder than we anticipated, we would advise that you set aside time to review your options prior to your design studio appointment.

House came out great every body involved was great , only thing that could have been better is that the walls between the house’s should Have been painted.

KB loan rates are very high. Great customer service from buying and after moving in.

This is our first home, so we were initially nervous about where to look as we were looking for a new build. We were so lucky that our realtor introduced us to KB and this area (KB Liberty, Phoenix). I really like KB's lot size and their design utilization. From beginning to end, they made sure we understood each step, from salesperson to construction manager - they gave us weekly updates on the progress. They gave the house within the time frame, in fact, a little bit early, I would say. I feel like a few materials could be better, although they are basic. Well Thad Kathy Anthony were exceptional. House buying was great. House issues are still getting fixed but they’re always on it. I’m happy with everything. They have done a good job taking care of me with my house issues. Thank you all.

Home buying process was easy and went smooth. With that said, KB Home Loans are not even competitive with their rates. We were given a $15k closing cost credit to assist with buying down the rate and the entire $15k had to be used to get anywhere near other loan companies with no buy down. Materials on the house were also decent but it seems as if the house was made in a rush. Attention to detail was not given on a good amount of items in the house. During the first 30 days we had an individual in the community to assist with anything that was wrong before we had to use the actual warranty process and that individual was over almost everyday to fix small things in the house. ... The staff has great communication. And respond quickly to your issues. But th only bad note was the workers that were sent to repair/ fix the issues. Some had bad attitudes & some workers show no pride in there work & leave a mess.

Working with KB but I wish I could say the same about KB Home loans and their underwriting process.
