Overall, the buying experience left a little to be desired. We had multiple salespeople and none of them were top notch. The individual that we met with in the design studio was great. The design studio could of had more options but overall still made some good picks. Our superintendent was awesome and very helpful. He made our home buying experience better than anyone else we dealt with. If we had to go back, we are not sure we would purchase from KB again, but we do love our home. Gave them 4 stars because our superintendent made up for other areas that were lacking.

The home loan people were horrible. I wanted to back out based off of their issues but my realities talked me out of it. I like the house but you really should restructure your home loan people. It’s like they have no idea what they are doing and ask for the same thing multiple times through multiple people or they wait till last minute to ask for something that they should’ve known they’d need months prior. The house design is beautiful and simple.

I was able to close on my house sooner with the builder being done before the expected date.

I feel KPH Holmes builds a good home, But their responsisiness to the customer is poor, They pulled back a $2000 offer at the sales office, And refused then negotiate anything for a better deck, I ended up with a tiny deck.. Very poor customer satisfaction at the management level.. I would not recommend kbh homes the anyone else.

first time buyer, understanding that nothing is perfect. but the staff and team is doing a lot of efforts to make the experience great and smooth, which is awesome!

as the home owner I had to stay on top of the builder. They lacked supervision

It was refreshing to deal with professionals who had my best interest top of mind. From consistent follow up, eagerness to complete the repairs and willingness after move in to perform touch ups. Again it was a very refreshing experience!

Overall, my experience buying a home from KB was very good. Many, or most things about the home we liked. However, KB could improve the quality of a few items such as shelving, exterior light fixtures, and bathroom faucets. Appliances were quality and American made. The waterproof Shaw vinyl flooring was beautiful and a good quality. So overall, we got our monies worth. One last improved would do well in the long term, and thats a keycard accessible gate at the entrance to the community. It would be worth a few more dollars in HOA fees.

Marcell, our salesman was nice in person but at times not very responsive and seemed to lack knowledge of products and building procedures. He was also rude to our agent a couple times. Once we finished that part of the process working with Joey was a far better experience. He was super responsive and went put of his way to help us and explain anything that needed to be explained. He was flexible with scheduling and didn't mknd going the extra mile.

Great community and amazing home. Large back yards that we weren't able to find anywhere else for an affordable price. Julie from sales was always available for any question we had. KBHS made the loan process very easy and stress free. Ed and construction team were on top of things and got the home built on time with no delays. Don't plan on moving anytime in near future but if I did I would definitely look at KB Homes and recommend them to friends looking for new home.

Justan made promises to get what he wanted ( a good review) and then never did anything, never heard from him since.

I had an overall good experience except for when i needed to communicate with the financial consultant. He would take days to respond to messages. After moving in when repairs needed to be made it was annoying to have different people come in different days rather than have all the repair me come out on the same day which meant i had to get multiple days off work. And some worker would not even show up on the day they were scheduled.
