Purchase single story home love the floor plan Some cabinet doors missing and last time I checked still missing im not happy about this also a/ c air screen missing. Great sales people and superintendent

Home is delivered in time and Sales team co-ordinated very well through out the process. Kudos to the team. Move in was smooth and the same quality of service continue through customer service team. Thank you for the team for prompt responses and timely fixing things.

We have been very satisfied with our KB Homes experience. We actually bought a home that was built by another customer who was forced to back out of the purchase, but when KB Homes offered to sell us the house, we were treated as well as any other customer. We weren't able to make any design choices, but the KB staff has been extremely responsive to the couple of minor issues we've had since moving in and has met with us any time we asked. The house is very well-built (and we have experience with other builders in the past) and we love the features and the service we've been given so far.

I am happy about my purchase, however felt for a first time buyer it could have went better

Starting from the beginning of the process, everyone has been great, kept us up to date on each phase of the home buying and building process. we were allowed to come visit the site and building of our home as often as we wanted too. the home was built right and I thank all involved.

Warranty man crazy. Spent 30 minutes in our house telling us what's not covered very rude. Cash to close a joke, I had to get another check at Navy Federal 2 hrs before appointment. KB team at Austin title. Blew it on HOA fees. Not all were listed. ie There were 2 transfer fees. I only knew of one. They should have known what the fees were. Had to find out the hard way on my own. Goodwin & Company is not easy to deal witrh.

Overall great experience. It was great to have so many options and be involved

From my first phone call to this company I feel very well come, I was walked through the whale process . I had a great experience working with good people. I recommend other people work with KB homes.

Overall a great experience. It’s a process and there will be mistakes but you have to roll with the punches and in the end it’s all taken care of!

This year was affected with raw material delays but the kb team kept us well informed

KB has and still is delivering the home they promised to build us. We’re still in the beginning stage of ownership with them but their sales team and building manager are continuing to fulfill promised items and tasks. They are both readily available to assist with issues discovered after closing unlike so many other builders. We feel they truly want us to be completely satisfied. They have limitations due to materials/workers and have not made any false promises. We value their honesty.

My experience was very good with KB homes. Some Things were delayed but it’s pretty standard right now. I looked forward to the weekly phone calls and updates with Diane and JP. It made the process go much smoother and quicker for me. Waiting is hard, but in retrospect it wasn’t bad and worth the wait. I’m very happy with my new home.

My overall experience was good. Unfortunately due to covid communication had big gaps and prolonged delays.

There have been unresolved quality issues with the master bathroom since we moved when the house was inspected. Today after almost 1 month and a half living in the house, we couldn't have used the bathroom since we moved. There are still small unresolved issues but those still there after long time without being resolved properly.

KB has a good variety of floor plans and is focused on energy efficient homes which is a nice feature. You are limited on structural changes and upgrade items but overall it's a good value and well built home. They are easy to work with including their loan department and will work resolve any issues you may have.
