While some items weren't immediately noticeable, we have quite a few issues with floor levels, improper installation of fixtures, chunks missing from door frames, loud air conditioner that vibrates bedroom wall despite adding additional insulation, landscape died before move-in, etc. We were supposed to be contacted for a 10 day and 30 day after inspection and never were. We had issues that were basically going to be ignored if we didn't push and are still awaiting fixes.

Tyler and Alan were extremely helpful on helping us with decisions and addressing any of our concerns or issues. Due to the COVID-19 restrictions some Correspondence took longer in part as some employees were working from home and some delays with construction. We are happy with our decision to purchase a KB Home.

Great experience seeing our home being built. Everyone took care off, no complaints just gratitude .

Staff was very helpful and on point

KB has been so easy to work with. Any issues are resolved quickly and with compassion. We did several upgrades and it was def worth it! It saved time and money in the long run. I would recommend them to any future buyer.

My KB home was exactly what I wanted and exceeded my expectations from the sales staff down to the construction quality of the home. I would recommend KB homes to anyone who wants to strike a balance between quity and cost. I don't think you'll be disappointed!

Home buying process with KB Homes from start till the possession of the house was pretty smooth.

It’s been a great experience from the beginning to the end. The details on the finish on my new home are excellent. All the team who I was be talking during the process was all the time giving me updates. Friends are coming visit me, they love how looks the house. I am really happy. And I am been enjoying my house every day since I move in that it is basically a month. Thank you.

The quality of work is unsatisfactory. I have to hire my own inspector to inspect the work that they do. JD - the superintendent does not return phone calls on time or does not attend to your needs or questions. He told me that he is to update me once a week but never did. Sometimes he doesn’t even call you back. I have to get the help from my realtor or KB home realtor to get my questions answered. New superintendent took over at the end, who did my final walked through, his name is Mike. Mike has an excellent customer service. He listen to my needs and helps me at the end.
