Absolutely fell in love with our new home, but the staff make the whole process easy and enjoyable. KB homes staff has great customer service! If the staff member couldn't help you they got back to you promptly or they would guide you to someone who could best assist you. Everyone went above and beyond the scope of their position. After we purchased our home multiple staff members reached out to myself and my husband to make sure everything went well and offered their assistance with anything that might arise. Great Houses!!

Our family absolutely loves our KB Home! From the design to the details we were able to add at the studio we're in love. Beginning with the first steps of our purchase with the sales crew (Michael and Deb) I was impressed with their transparency and communication. At the studio, Debbie was extremely helpful as the choices were abundant. She understood we had a price range in mind and with her guidance we were able to design a killer home. Of course, with Covid this wasn't an ideal situation, but the crews pressed on and delivered our home within the time frame given. for the first time as new home buyer i am satisfied with my decision ..

My experience with Fred and his construction manager Russel, is the only 100% positive feedback I can give anyone I have came into contact with for my KB house buying experience. They both answered all my concerns in a timely manner and followed through with any repairs that were needed. If it had not been for Russel and Fred my rating for responsiveness and trustworthiness would have been lower. Thanks both for leveling out my negative experiences with financial and some on the sales team.

We bought our house from KB Home in Valley Center, CA. I asked a sales rep not to rush closing the deal as I wanted to avoid any mistakes. She made us feel that we had no choice, but to buy one of "the last two" houses left, while a half of the community was still being built. Then she neglected to offer us to customize our house in their KB Studio. The house, which she offered was completely built out and we had no choice, but to agree to buy it as it was without any customization. The funny thing is that they are still showing and building those houses. Was she lying to us in the first place trying to close the deal by the end of the month? Had she completely ignored her customer's wishes? She could have offered us another house, which they were still building and let us customize it to our taste. After the deal was closed, we noticed that the house had not gutters installed. She told us that the gutters were the optional feature and should had been ordered at the KB studio before the house was sold. The problem was she never even mentioned their KB studio to us. What a catch 22 situation! :) As for the house, I think this a very solid house for its price. The quality is good, but if you want something better, just make sure you ask for KB Studio design session to be arranged. Otherwise, you will end up with the most inexpensive options. The rest of the team on site was quite responsive to our needs and requests, when we had a couple of small issues after we moved in. So, overall, it is a good house for its price, but we were robbed of the joy of buying our dream house by a KB sales rep. ... More

Overall just another large builder that slaps things together. Not much attention to the details, which build on each other, and the finish product reflects that. A common statement is 'you won't notice once blind/pictures/etc are installed'... that's covering up shotty work, which should have just been done correctly to start with. Wouldn't go with same builder again.

I have bought numerous homes and the entire KB team from purchasing, financing, insurance, and closing was top tier. I look forward to buying my next Las Vegas investment property from KB Homes.

Process was simple and easy. They stay in constant communication weekly to keep you updated on your homes progress. Definitely would recommend.

Love our sales lady she has been really helpful thru all of our questions and concerns the only issue is workmanship and quality already had to file multiple warranty claims for front door because it’s leaking how to put a warrant payment for the grout on the backsplash because it’s completely crumbling and a warranty claim for the paint around the doors because it’s just ripping off the doors other than that the house is a really nice design and comfortable

There were touch up things to be fixed to finish up the home. Joel was of great help and got it all done in a timely matter. Thank you!

Choose the upgrades. Saves time money and allows you to roll it into your mortgage payment. For the price we're paying for homes in CA, the upgrades will be worth it in the long run.
