As a first time home buyer, my wife and I was very nervous, apprehensive about buying our first home. KB made our dream come true. KB loans dept, studio, construction personal, made our biggest purchase of our lifetime easy and understandable. I'm now a proud KB home owner!

Everyone from sales team, design center team, to builder provided us with great service. Friendly, helpful, and very accommodating. Would highly recommend KB to friends & family.

Fantastic experience all around

While some items weren't immediately noticeable, we have quite a few issues with floor levels, improper installation of fixtures, chunks missing from door frames, loud air conditioner that vibrates bedroom wall despite adding additional insulation, landscape died before move-in, etc. We were supposed to be contacted for a 10 day and 30 day after inspection and never were. We had issues that were basically going to be ignored if we didn't push and are still awaiting fixes.

Tyler and Alan were extremely helpful on helping us with decisions and addressing any of our concerns or issues. Due to the COVID-19 restrictions some Correspondence took longer in part as some employees were working from home and some delays with construction. We are happy with our decision to purchase a KB Home.

Great experience seeing our home being built. Everyone took care off, no complaints just gratitude .

Staff was very helpful and on point

KB has been so easy to work with. Any issues are resolved quickly and with compassion. We did several upgrades and it was def worth it! It saved time and money in the long run. I would recommend them to any future buyer.

Home buying process with KB Homes from start till the possession of the house was pretty smooth.

It’s been a great experience from the beginning to the end. The details on the finish on my new home are excellent. All the team who I was be talking during the process was all the time giving me updates. Friends are coming visit me, they love how looks the house. I am really happy.
