My experience was awesome through the entire process from beginning to end from choosing my home the lot the interior designs to the loan and mortgage and escrow closing awesome

I had an amazing experience w KB Farmlore From the sales dept, to construction to finance. To the showroom experience of picking out all my upgrades, everyone was amazing, friendly and very communicative during my purchasing experience. We love it

I have had a great experience with overall home buying experience. Staff was very helpful.

From the beginning to end we had a great experience. Lots to learn when you are a first time home buyer and KB really walks you through each step of the building process.

Well, overall this was a good buying experience for me. I should mention that this was not my first home buying experience but it was a first new build purchase & first in the state of Florida; I am from the Northeast. Doing things from that far away was a challenge. I was glad that I was well versed! My star rating would have been a 4 & 1/2 but there is no half-star so I keep it at 4*

Everyone was amazing, especially Sales and the KBHS group. Construction was good, really liked the Superintendent. His workers are not the best when it comes to straight walls and installing showers properly. Also whoever did the landscaping did not properly grade it in the front yard but Warranry is incredible and they are coming out to take care of it! Overalll an excellent experience!

While we had a few concerns along the way, the team worked together seamlessly to address everything quickly and professionally. Overall great experience worked day in and day out to help us get us in our home.

My home is great, but I have been having issues getting my furnace working properly. Hopefully this gets fixed soon before it starts snowing. Beautiful home, but it would be better with working heat.

I would highly recommend buying a home with KB.

I love how attentive they’ve been, even after two months. They’ve continued to check in and make sure everything is going well. Whenever I have any issues with the house, they’re always ready to help and quick to send someone out. It really touched me, and I would highly recommend anyone to buy a KB Home.

Sales person was very helpful and seemed very honest. When calling customer service of issues noted, we were told they would relay the information and have items corrected. No call back for a couple of months. I was told there would be a final walk through to review all systems of the house. This never happened. Post sales customer service is poor.

Mortgage team is great and great incentives for veterans. We got everything we requested. Great and easy process.

Overall, the home buying process was seamless. The KB home team was very professional and communicated with me throughout the entire process. I have encountered some minor issues where some has been addressed due to contractor errors. There are some that I have encountered and are awaiting resolution. In comparison to some of the horror stories that I have heard I am thankful for only minor problems. I do get a third party inspection and will get another closer to my one year mark.
