Everything was very easy at all steps. The communication was consistent and I'm very happy with my new home.

Every representative from KB was great and provided me excellent service. Jodi (Sales) Steve ( Managment) Jody ( Maintenance ) all exceeded my expectations. They all made my home buying experience a little less stressful thanks again to the KB team.

Pleased with the purchase

It wasn't the best experience or the best material that were used for the house, but we had a pretty good experience. Always got notifications, updates and walk through's during the stages of the build. The material could use a big improvement moving forward.

Kb do a very good job in taking care of is clients I recommend you to go with them for your new home if u need a peace of mind.

Sales and Construction teams are awesome...but I would look elsewhere for financing.

The best part of KB Home is lots of customisation choices, of course it cost you a bit but the place you will live for a while is worth spending that money for the value added to your lifestyle; it varies person to person, however, I am enjoying it everyday. My overall experience is excellent!

1 Low Voc paint is tacky months later on all the flat surfaces and I am going to have to do something else to fix that as it's already ruined 2 Plastic plumbing parts that are already breaking 3 Yard was not leveled when filled and before sod was put down so it is tacky looking and uneven. Not to mention rocks weren't even cleared off first 4 trees were put in the wrong place and they had to come back twice to move them 5 sod installers did not make an effort to watch for the sprinklers I had installed and covered all the heads up Original sales lady was great, talked to us all the time. They terminated her when corona came around and we never heard from any other sales person while our house was being built. We just talked to the superintendent builder instead as the sales team forgot about us. Only been in the house for 3 months now, but anticipate more issues pooping up. Not the kind of quality parts and service you would expect after spending $330,000. I would recommend the area, but if you use KB, watch over everything they do and bring your concerns up as stuff is going down. You can pick out every little detail in their design studio, but the quality of execution and attention to detail are poor. ... More

We started the process unfortunately right before the pandemic and things out of KB’s control got chaotic but they pulled through and did everything they said they would do to made it a good experience.

The staff was all great but Mario, Nathan Jorge and Gloria were all excellent

The KB homes are well built....although we went with different lenders than KB (since the rates were better for us that way). The warranty on the home and its hardware are honored and the customer service is genuine.

Don, our customer rep for resolving issues after we moved in, has been great in helping us fix issues that we find.

The whole experience from beginning to the end was awesome and done precisely.

KB helped every step of the way from our initial visit to the sales office, to handing over the keys. Weekly communication was great! The few minor things we did find wrong when we first moved in, were repaired quickly.
