Day of our walkthrough construction crew was still working, outlet was missing, light was missing and cabinets were not fixed from it being broken a month before our walkthrough. After issues were brought to their attention they did fix everything we pointed out. A month and a half later we are finding issues such as nails through poking through the carpet, stove and refrigerator are for some reason turning off and need to trip the electrical panel a few times already which worries me.

Staff is very friendly. We had a couple of issues with the contract that was not favorable, but other than that, the experience was great. Workers who built the house do leave trash laying around. That is probably the only issue I had throughout this whole process.

Amazing service provided. They helped guide us through each step and were so patient in helping answer every question and decision we made.

Great job from sales, to construction to financing.

I wish I could have given a better rating but I have to be honest about this review. In my opinion, the construction material is not the greatest quality. We noticed a few things since moving in, such as our front door does not feel secure. A corner of the front door near the lock is cracked, and someone used something like clay to patch the crack. The front door pops open a little even when the door is locked. The lock does not turn completely to assure the lock won’t reopen. The front door feels like hard plastic instead of real wood. The door in the master bathroom does not close unless you try lifting the door. Also the kitchen outlets does not work. Most door knobs lock counter clockwise which drives me crazy because I want to turn the locks clockwise. I gave home buying experience a 3 because there was a lot of miscommunication throughout the home buying Process with the financial department. Quality control was non-existent. Very frustrating when promises are made to fix issues and appointments are repeatedly blown off and go unresolved. KB has no regard for integrity or quality. Refuse to display my name to avoid repercussions. Try any other builder

It was pretty good experience to buy a house with KB Home.

Friendly and professional staff that went above and beyond with situation. (Covid19) Staff keep me updated and managed to have the home ready to move in as promised.

Customer services was great, the building process was somewhat frustrating because dates were given of closing and then will be pushed back for months

More front end attention to detail would eliminate the need for so many 'fixes' at close and periodic walkthroughs. Have built 3 homes prior to this one, never had so many 'fixes' at 30 days. Most are just sloppy trades work.

We love our new home! Everyone we worked with through the process was amazing! The community is wonderful, everyone is so friendly and always says hi! I would totally recommend buying a KB home you will not regret it!

I chose KB Home because they had a floor plan that met my needs at a good price. But when looking at that good price, I found I also got an Energy Star rated home, which clinched the deal. I'm already enjoying the benefits of a well built, Energy Star home - my electric bill this month was phenomenally low!!

Overall my home is nice but I wish the quality of work would have been better. Some of the work was done subpar and I have some items that need to be addressed because they were not done correctly at all. For the price I paid for the home I would have expected the workmanship to have been better.

We are very happy with everything about the house. A few things needed to be fixed that are probably part of normally buying a brand new home but they were quick to schedule and come out. The only thing we were unhappy about was the extra carpet padding we bought because the installer cut it too short so you actually feel the wood stair under your feet and they didn’t pound all the nails down so that hurt. Again, In the process of having it fixed though And quick to schedule.

Within three months of move-in, multiple observations have been made of poor quality of workmanship
