I have not lived long enough in the house to provide feedback on the quality, workmanship and value.

good builder but could have used a thicker carpet. I got the free option, carpet feels really thin. It looks good but some areas you can feel the staples or screws, especially on the corners.

Several missed deadlines to deliver the house. Overall okay experience with KB home.

The workmanship has me questioning my home purchase.

I think the idea or the mission is good, things to improve, the workforce, work supervision, and post-sale complaints

I was happy to have one .

We are happy with the home. However, we still have some issues with the home. Additionally, we recently found out that our property extends past the fence KB installed along the back of our property. We've learned that we need to maintain our property behind the fence, but we have no access to it. We also risk losing that portion of land we own to the neighboring development if it's not maintained properly.

Our Overall customer service experience wasn't as pleasurable as I would have liked it to have been, But the ending results were captivating.

The quality of basic things such as toilets and shower heads, etc. are on the lower end of the price range of such items. Be prepared to pay extra for all upgrades on everything--Best advice is only pay for upgrades in construction (eg--added covered patio, extra bath conversion) that will be difficult to do later or if there is something you see/want that's really important to you--then upgrade the rest of your amenities yourself as often you will pay less for things like cabinet knobs and light fixtures elsewhere.

It was good considering it being our first time buying.

KB offers very appealing layouts and upgrades. Without going crazy on upgrades, I selected just the right amount to really create a beautiful home that I love. There have been issues that I’ve run into with the building of the house. Everyone at KB seems very responsive with taking care of what needs to be done, but I do have to constantly check in for everything to get done. I wish that there was a more organized way for KB to take care of their home buyers. I’m a single mother to 2 kids. Raising and taking care of them is my priority. I shouldn’t have to worry about remembering every little issue that I bring up to KB to ensure it’s completion. Overall it was a good buying experience.

LeMonte has been a great contact during the entire building process and after we moved in. He checks in to see how we're doing and always so nice. I am happy we went with KB Home to be our first homebuyer / new construction experience.

Great house, great location, wish there was more attention paid to details of craftsmanship

Construction process went well. Mortgage and closing was not good

I had an overall good experience except for when i needed to communicate with the financial consultant. He would take days to respond to messages. After moving in when repairs needed to be made it was annoying to have different people come in different days rather than have all the repair me come out on the same day which meant i had to get multiple days off work. And some worker would not even show up on the day they were scheduled.

Ontario is good for stay.

Not too bad, a little hiccups here and there which was resolved by some calls.

We managed to buy a new home. Overall, the construction quality seems fine, and the construction superintendent was good at getting contractors to fix a handful of little things. The company was not impressive, though. The floor plan has quite a bit of wasted space, particularly in bathrooms. There is no gas service or phone-company service (CenturyLink) in the neighborhood. That means no gas appliances and no competition for internet service. Despite the company's claims of energy efficiency, the water heater is off the high end of the government scale for cost of operation. The sales person and others in the company were sometimes hard to reach. Avoid using the company's preferred title company, which seems to defer to the builder on everything.
