It took some time for issues to be resolved after we got the keys. Luckily my issues were minor and were easily resolved once they got to it. The indoor paint is bad though. It easily gets dirty and when you clean it, it comes off. Jeez! Had I known beforehand I would have had the house repainted before I moved in. No major issues so far. Am I happy with my house? I would say yes. Oh, the gap between the bottom of the door and the floor is big. It looks like the door is in mini skirts. LOL!

Although Abraham was in finance he made sure to get us in touch with the appropriate personnel to meet our needs.

The process was great throughout the lending, choosing, and building process until the end. There was a great deal of push back from the sales rep Laura and superintendent Jason on my deserve to get and independent inspection done. After I understood why, as the house had a number of things wrong with it. I bought a new home so I wouldn’t have to worry about maintenance but the condition the house was in at the final walkthrough was not up to expectations

The design center made us very excited for our new home. The options looked great and what we were hoping for. Laura at the design center was amazing and answered all our niche questions. We were also satisfied with the timeline of work and the quick time to completion. However, we felt disappointed in a few specific but critical areas. All of the meetings for the home are during normal work hours. It made it difficult to schedule the meetings or we need to use work PTO or rearrange work commitments to come. Our frustration was compounded when meetings were changed without commutating to us. Having alternative times for the design center meetings or walk thoughs would have been helpful. During the construction process, we'd often point out issues and they would not take the concerns seriously or try to brush off our concerns. This led to a mistrust of the work that was being done and needing to do our own confirmations that our concerns were addressed, frequently having to follow up multiple times because we were not getting answers or a response. Finally, we were happy with the look of the home when we took ownership but were also disappointed to see a deep clean was not done. The backsplash had globs of grout on the kitchen backsplash, cabinets, and bathroom tile. The floors also had a dirty film on it and required extensive scrubbing. We are happy that we were able to get a home that looks the way we'd like but the process of getting there was frustrating and have concerns in areas about the longevity of the workmanship. ... More

The price was very reasonable, and the sales agent and construction foreman were awesome to handle our needs, but the quality of workmanship needs to be better.

Take look at the plans and options. Don’t be to quick in deciding on options.

The quality of the material is not very good.

Good experience overall, however closing process was rushed and a few issues that needed to be fixed should have been done so before closing rather than rush and get to it afterwards. Since then there has been delays with repairs and poor communication. A lot of the issues wouldn’t be there if workmanship was better.

Belinda was very receptive and helpful during the buying and closing process Scoot was very helpful in the move in and when we needed any repairs and touch ups

The mortgage center I believe is inefficient.,the loan process was very traumatic for me

I’ve had several issues that were promised to be fixed and have not been fixed with no updates or responses.

Overall our new home is beautiful. But we have a few quality issues from drywall, paint, plumbing, shower tile inadequate tile/ grout installation, internet cable that was installed is not compatible with provider and floor foundation / garage floor cracks. The issue are slowly being resolved. We have been told many times the floor concrete cracks are common in Florida. This is new to me. Moving from Virginia, we have not experience this problem. Even though the house is new, we did have a home inspection prior to closing. I would recommend this to future home buyers. Overall a great home and look forward to living there for years to come. Be builder can be a little slow in address issue after moving in. But overall good

I dealt mostly with Jeannette and Brooke. They both were diligent and helpful with all of my requests.

Good Builder. But they don't have much design options and we need to go with very limited options.

Mark was great! Answered all questions and organized the entire process. Did not care for KB Home Loan services.

So far I have ran into many issues. I have a bad Carpenter ant infestation. Part of my walls weren’t even painted right. The pavement on the driveway has things not right. The construction people made a lot of mistakes. I would not recommend KB Homes. The lenders were hard to get along with. Susan C. the sales associate has been great.

My new home is OK, nuff said.

Purchasing my KB home had highs and lows. The highs was my loan officer and sales person. I had a really good experience. The lows where the changing in superintendents and lack of response. Even now the warranty repairs are taking such a long time to address. It is really frustrating. Jeremy and Antone are pretty good but Jeremy came at the end. I appreciate his efforts. But my family was really hurt by the constant delaying of closing. At one point we had 3 days to close and then the close was pushed. That creates an homeless situation for my family and I.

The exterior of the house and the materials are good. The materials used inside the house are mediocre and the workmanship is mediocre

The KB team that helped us get into the home was great. The overall craftsmanship of the home is par. Nothing over the top just basic. The side yards just came with a heap of dirt no concrete no pavers. Just recently I had two issues. The microwave light popped and went out and when I replaced the light it doesn’t turn off and a door handle just fell off only one month in the home. For a new home there shouldn’t be any issues like these. I’m sure they will be taken care of. But the fact that it happened leaves me wondering. I do love the design of the home and the exterior design. Overall 8/10
