Friendly sales staff, comprehensive package with many options available. We are very happy with our new one story home in Autumn Winds.

Overall we are happy with our home. Specifically we had a great experience with our sales person James who continues to go above and beyond with communication and service. Our first studio visit was rough. We found out on our second studio visit that the studio rep from the first visit had added extra features we didn’t ask for. Thankfully we caught it before everything progressed to construction. Construction has a few problems. They resolved most of them but a few problems remain. The first problem was they confused the flooring in two of the rooms. Thankfully they fixed that before move in. One problem is they never pressed the yard. They said it rained too much and they couldn’t do it. The backyard is very lumpy. They came back after we moved in and rolled it but it was too late no changes were made. Edgar has been helping us coordinate these efforts but we’ve lived here 6 weeks now and it’s still lumpy and probably not getting better. Every time I speak with Edgar he makes sure to remind me to give him a five star rating, but I don’t think this was five star service. A beautiful, wonderfully designed.

There are many home builders in Colorado and we chose KB as the best value for the money in terms of floor plans, quality of construction, price and location. The 2x6 walls have already helped with cooling costs and we are looking forward to lower heating costs this winter. The staffing from sales to design to the site work were wonderful to work with. Service after the sale has been outstanding also. Having worked in new construction for over 25 years, KB met our expectations despite the pandemic condtions and winter weather.

We were previously KB home owners for 20 years and we love the quality that KB homes offered.

Working with KB on my new home has been a very positive experience and I am thoroughly enjoying my new place now. The KB folks I had the pleasure of working with were all outstanding!

I cannot rave enough about my experience with KB Home. I am a first time buyer and they made the experience a memorable one. They were able to help me through the buying process and accommodate my schedule, as I am also in the military. I highly recommend working with them and am beyond pleased with my home buying experience. 5 stars all around!

To KB Home team, Thank you! Steve, Kc, Chelsey and Clint provides me all the update via email or text as their respond time is so fast. They even acknowledge that my prefer way of communication is email or text as I'm always on call for my work. They always give me updates every Friday or every other week especially during this pandemic. During this kind of event, update is what we need as we don't know what is happening. They texted me during the pandemic that they're on shutdown because of government requirement and they also text and email me when they're going to start again building. It removes my anxiety knowing that I have an awesome construction team to give me status on what is happening. The communication and quality of work that went into our house was amazing.

I baught this house with reasonably price. My wife likes the interior due to enough storage spaces inside of house. My wife and I are happy to live in this home.

We love being a brand new home and neighborhood. For the most part, the entire process was very smooth and easy. We were very pleased with the purchasing, designing and paperwork side of the process. The structure and materials of the home are great but we are disappointed with the level of detail on the workmanship. It is clear that the houses are being cranked out and there is no standard set for a clean/neat job or for the workers to pay attention to detail. The caulking, trim, paint, corners and edges are very sloppy and rushed. Its unfortunate because this is what you see on a daily basis. We are still waiting on touch-ups/repairs to be completed after being in our home almost two months. ... More

The plans to the homes built need some work. There were some quirk issues with aisle spacing in the kitchen.

The process of buying a new home is very daunting. I would suggest talking to other other people first to get some insight. Not all home buying experiences are the same. Make sure your finances are in order because, you will be required to offer up a lot fo information. I also, suggest reading the home buyer 101 guide you can find online. Make sure your builder stays engaged with you. I think the most important thing to do is read and ask questions. I have to admit I did feel rushed going to the studio. That is one of the things that I hated about this experience. I hate to be rushed especially when it comes to my money. It's not not just a house it's your home. Don't let anyone rush you or try to tell you what you want. I can't really complain because, I had a great realtor. So, my experience was not as bad as I've heard other people say it is. The more I walk through the home , the more I find needing to be fixed. Most of what need to be fixed is from poor workmanship and what appears to be lack of oversight. Walls that curve, carpet with lumps, squeaky floors I have gathered 3 pages so far. KB has a good product . They really need to watch the contractors closer. KB has been challenged with the fact that Covid-19 hit and they had to lay off numerous employees. They did still push the house to market to achieve their financial goal . Unfortunately for us, we are the ones paying for it.

The Sales staff was always responsive to our questions and ready to take care of any issues.
