Very good experience!

Extremely satisfied with KBHome building my dream home from start to finish...

I would not recommend KB homes to anyone.

We are very happy with the house. We have no problems at this time,

I've been watching construction in the community, and there is great attention to detail. The houses are solidly built, very well insulated and airtight. Good earthquake countermeasures. Good quality materials being used. We just did our post-construction walk with the builder and responsiveness to the issues we identified has been good so far.

Quality of materials not that great whomever KB used form lumber wasn't as i was expecting but overall final product turned out great

WHAT WAS PROMISED WAS NOT GIVEN TO US!!! THE AMOUNT ON UPGRADES WE SPENT AND THE PRODUCT THAT WAS GIVEN TO US (DAMAGED) AND THEY KEEP ON TELLING US THAT WE WILL FIX A BRAND NEW PRODUCT IS UNACCEPTABLE AND BTW STILL NOT FIXED WAITING ON THEM TO CALL

KB offers decent value for the money and shines in its pre move in time. Overall workmanship of initial construction was fairly good although home was not throughly inspected to find errors. One week waiting period between walk through and final acceptance is costly for out of state buyers and KB offers no compensation. Overall I would give them a B+.

It's a beautiful home and energy-efficient. My first full electric bill in June was $134 wow!

I give all fives to kb home because they observe that numbers. My first experience to buy home kb home is the best .

So thankful and love the house!! Would love the superintendent to come back by and drop paint off and finishing painting the corners though. Still five stars!!!

The overall experience was good. The only drawback was the communication when dealing with the financial part.

On time closing

Due to the COIVD-19 pandemic, I've had to wait for contractors to respond to warranty work requested for items that I found wrong. KB Home has been good so far about keeping me up-to-date with my repairs.

KB Home made my first home purchase a very smooth and enjoyable experience. The quality of the home is great. The Superintendent, John, has been very helpful from the beginning and has always available for any issues or questions I have thrown his way. Overall, I highly recommend buying a new home with KB!

Options available are great! If you are a visual person like me, make sure you ask questions about them and have a clear understanding of the options that you are seeing in the model homes so that when you are selecting the options for your home that you get the ones that you really want. Questions to ask: Is this option (from the model) offered in the home we have chosen? Are there any differences in the option from what we see in the model to that which will be placed/built in our home? How does the model differ from the paper layout of the house in the brochures? You will LOVE your KB home and all of the people you encounter are friendly and helpful :-) ... More
