I purchased my new home and moved from out of state. The entire process was pretty seamless considering I wasn't here to do anything in person. Everyone was extremely helpful in answering my questions and keeping me updated from the very beginning of the sale, to closing and afterwards. Moving is stressful at the best of times, but doing it while we are under stay at home orders was even more stressful. Overall good experience

Our new home has excellent workmanship and KB Home is so far very responsive to issues. However, we have had a couple of issues such as too much construction material left in garage, cable and telephone connections to the house and within the house not fully installed and connected, some things as lighting and appliances not fully checked as working. KB Homes has been extremely responsive in acknowledging and addressing these issues.

Im not sure if its paint’s or the wood’s quality. Its really very bad, the paint is coming off the wood even tho they painted it recently. Its hardy been 2 months and the paint plus the little part of wood was coming off

Smooth home buying experience, a first time home buyer! The sales team was very responsive and the KBHome loan agents guided us and communicated properly to get the loan closed fast.

Have had a great experience with KB homes. They are very customer friendly and willing to make everything right for the purchaser.

Excellent customer service

Many problems with floors, paint, tile, cabinet and more have made what could have been a great buying experience. The home has energy saving devices and insulation that can save a lot over the years but the nagging problems that remain makes me warn people I talk with to look somewhere else. Punch list items will not be taken care of. So if you don't mind getting irritated every day when you look around at all the problems that have been ignored by KB Homes, you might like their townhomes in Ormond Beach. Couple things to think about if you look at their townhomes, the units on the outside of the street have two parking spaces in their driveway whereas the units on the inside only have one because the sidewalk is in front of the units on the inside of the street. Also, units on the outside can park in the street and partially on their lot for a third space where the units in the inside cannot again because of the sidewalk. One of those things you don't even think about until you move in and notice your neighbor across the street has 3 cars parked there and you can only park one. ... More

From sales to design studio, construction everything is not up to the mark for the money which you are paying. Think twice before going with KB, be careful at every step with sales & construction people.

Many floorplans to choose from, tons of variety in the design center for personalization. All representatives are friendly and helpful.

Disappointed with KB home - I get discriminators against and not valued as a third time home buyer.

I love my house. Both the sales representative and builder superintendent were absolutely awesome! They talked to throughout this process and gave me a beautiful home.

My overall experience has been great. Any questions or concerns that I’ve had, have been answered or taken care of.

We are first time home buyers and at first everything seemed like a lot. The team and KB helped us with everything and made sure to explain everything and make it a smooth and easy process. We love our new house!

We are so happy with the way our home turned out. Although we did have some issues throughout the build, overall we are satisfied with our new home and happy to be in it. It not only flew by, but our superintendent was very helpful along the way.

Overall, am very pleased with the home and it's design and construction.

Neighborhood is amazing and home is okay, much better now due to our upgrades. Due to Covid 19 we have several issues in our home that have gone unfixed.

We love our home

There are little things here and there that needs to be fixed. The Garage door is loose, some of the plugs are loose the bedroom doors have pints all over it and chips, also pint on tiles that we tried to take it off and it’s noticeable. Nails on carpets my little one got poke couple times.

Good experience. Excellent salesman & construction supervisor.
