Loved the timeliness of the work done by KB homes even in this COVID time. Appreciate the workmanship of people who worked on in the house. The supervisor and the sales consultant was very responsive. The minor issues that was there after we moved in, was fixed as soon as a request was raised. Overall, we are happy home owners. Thanks KB home.

The salespersons and the superintendent at Terra De Oro were attentive to all of my questions and needs.

Whole process from start to finish was way easier then we had ever thought

The whole process was very smooth with just the right amount of choices along the way. House was delivered on time (during a pandemic, even) but with a few workmanship issues. Resolving these has been ongoing, not due to delays but apparently from corporate KB interfering with the local office. But so far, we love our new house.

We really liked everyone that we worked with in person. There was some issues with people who worked in corporate.

Getting to build our first home from scratch and customize it the way we wanted to really was a dream come true. All for a great price and value. You really can't go wrong with KB!

The process of purchasing a home started out great, but turned out to be one of the most stressful experiences ever. Midway through, there were changes in loan officer, with no communication, and no timely updates. Appraisals took extremely long, way longer than usual. The entire process took nearly 3 months. There were many mix ups and lack of communications that caused the deal to nearly fall apart, but in the end it all worked out. There are some opportunities for improvement for sure. The KB staff was helpful and kind, it was just a tough time and third party challenges, but definitely a frustrating experience. Understandable that some of the delays in the process were due to COVID, so some of it was unavoidable. concerned and excellent care

Had a great experience, would recommend!

I understand our initial consultation guy got laid off, so none of our initial issues are fixed. We are now in warranty and have had a major plumbing leak that we've already cut thru walls and have fans in our house for a week, not happy. I still have paint touch ups (inside&outside) nails sticking out, repaint in certain areas, recaulking around windows (sloppy job). Everyone at KB is nice, but getting no immediate help on getting my house 100% after sale.

Our experience from start to finish was great with KB. Even during these trying times of Covid 19, they were flexible and punctual. Great job!

We had very few issues with our home build. The local sales office, our loan representative and most of all, our building contractor, Gilbert, made all the difference. They were very responsive and went above and beyond the call. We did experience a few issues with the main corporate office and the "personal touch" could've been better. Paperwork was lost, including our earnest money check. The corporate office said they found our earnest check, but we're still waiting for that refund because we had to come up with extra cash at closing to make up for that. But the home is very well built and small issues like a misaligned cabinet door have been addressed. I would also note that the Studio process of selecting options could be a little more streamlined, less convoluted and easier to navigate. Pricing can be confusing and some options like lighting can be more expensive than just purchasing your own lights and installing them yourself. I would have no reservation in recommending a KB Home to those looking to build. Just be diligent and involved with the process and you should be fine. ... More

We love our home and the neighbourhood. However, I do feel that some finishings and quality of the materials could have been better. I must say that I had to be on top of the construction throughout the whole process requesting improvements and that was a little annoying. Some details like fence materials and landscaping should be improved. Ok the other hand, the variety of upgrade options made us feel we could give our house a special touch.

there was a distinct lack of disclosure regarding the exterior of the home. using kb mortgage was a very good experience.

Everything has been great from the start. Nathan has been awesome on guiding me this first month that I’ve lived in my home answering any questions I have. He has also had minor repairs done for me that I missed during the walk through and etc. Definitely would recommend family and friends to build and or buy a home through KB! I love my KB home and builders.

All and all every staff member was a super helpful
