The staff has great patience and if I had any issues or concerns they were resolved through proper chain of command. I got great sq ft. for my home in regards to comparison on pricing with other home building companies. The community is quiet and I was pleased with the color selections of the home. The a la cart process which allows unique personal design. The loan department explained in great detail how the process worked (First time home owner). The salesperson contacted throughout the whole process and after closing. we have to check that everything is leveled up on the backyard otherwise you can have a very unsettled grass

KB was great form start to finish, helped every step along the way and made sure the house was a built perfectly.

The quality of the home overall is great! The finishing work (painting, trim work) and overall cleaning was very messy! We did a lot of work on our own to get the place in tip/top shape. As a new build we expected to move in with most everything ready to go. Our KB sales rep was very responsive and understanding.

I was VERY satisfied with my home and would purchase a KB home in the future based on my experience. The home is energy efficient, well built (my home inspector said so) and I was particularly impressed with the hybrid water heater! The only problems I have are: 1. standing water on the sides of the house due to poor grading or the fact that the houses are too close to drain well. 2. noticed that my lawn grass was not rooted properly either due to the builder not watering daily for the first 30 days or that it was already dried out when placed on the lot. This has caused my grass to shrivel and die in places unless we have continuous rain. 3. The worker who laid the tile left small pieces of concrete all over the floor instead of cleaning up after his work. This was disappointing. ... More

Stipulate your issues from the start and demand contact at least once a week for updates. Do not stand for getting bullied for using your own lender. I recommend Rocket mortgage. After your deposit with KB, you have 30 days to back out, threaten them that there are other builders waiting for your business.

From Day one when our Realtor Tyler took us to Medio and meet Marvin it was a fun almost stress free experience. They both kept us up to date and tried their best to make it as stress free as possible. Happy to be in our new home....and Extremely happy to have met Dalton our Superintendent who has GONE above and Beyond to make our home perfect
